The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The lemonade is delicious. It is very close to the Citizen Fitness Center and Gymnasium. It takes more than ten minutes by taxi. It is a great place to stay for concerts. It is a newly opened hotel with complete facilities. The breakfast room, gym, and laundry room are all available. Next to it is the Eden Garden and Lanxiu City Shopping Mall. The Eden Garden is about to open, and there is a light show to watch at night. The bedding is also very clean and tidy, very soft, and I am very satisfied with my stay.

這家水晶酒店的體驗真的無可挑剔！房間打掃得一塵不染，床上用品乾淨整潔，衞生間也沒有任何異味。酒店工作人員熱情周到，給免費升級了房型，都讓人感到非常貼心。房間裏配備了齊全的智能家居，床很舒適，觀景陽台視野絕佳。周邊還有個熱鬧的商場，吃飯、購物、娛樂都很方便。距離東方伊甸園景區也很近，步行就能到達，出行遊玩超省心，推薦給每一位來這裏度假的朋友！

酒店超nice 房間很大 也很新 茶水吧和冰箱的飲料全免費 早起給自己來杯手沖咖啡 超讚 雖然離市區有點距離 但是比起市區那些舊到爆都要七八百一間的房簡直不要太好 酒店對面一百米就是商場 吃吃喝喝很方便 服務也超好

酒店位置距景區遠，附近沒有地鐵，但是打車很方便，環境很好，很安靜。
一位客房工作人員負責一個樓層，滿客的情況下衞生做的已經很不錯了，服務很及時，細節有些許不到位的情況可以理解。
早餐相對還不錯，比較豐富。
前台姓卯的小姑娘很温柔呀，服務很貼心，她調的咖啡很好喝哦！特別感謝她！

酒店位於新開發區，步行200米就到隔離大型商場，購物飲食非常方便。酒店是新開的，酒店大堂有很香的氣味。我們今次訂了套房，房面積很大，很舒服。唯一不滿意的是洗手間發出異味，希望可以改進。有機會下次會再來的

衞生：非常乾淨
環境：酒店對面就是覽秀城，與覽秀城共用一個地下車庫，有酒店專屬車位，吃飯很方便
服務：非常非常好，尤其是辦理入住的時候，我們一點半到的時候房間還沒有收拾出來，結果前台小姐姐給我們升級了房間，等了沒有十分鐘就順利入住了，主要是前一天在淄博某酒店辦入住的時候兩點多才到的還讓我們足足等了兩個小時才給收拾完辦入住，跟桔子水晶簡直沒法比呀，太喜歡桔子啦！走的時候還給送了伴手禮～五四廣場的冰箱貼和一堆小零食～對了對了，用他家大瓶的礦泉水做冷泡茶顏值超高～
