Yuanjili International Youth Hostel

This was my first time in Qingdao. My journey from Korla, Xinjiang, to Qingdao, Shandong, spanned over 3,000 kilometers. Seeing the ocean at age 19 fulfilled a small dream of mine. On the way here, I also saw the "G.E.M. I AM GLORIA 2.0 Concert - Luoyang Station." It was also my first time staying in a youth hostel, and I had a wonderful experience. It was even better than some chain hotels. The hostel is exquisite, with German-style architecture and meticulous attention to detail. Even the bathrooms have air conditioning. You get a free new toiletry bag every day (disposable towels, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and mineral water). The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, complete with brand-name laundry detergent pods. The equipment is brand new and very user-friendly. I stayed in a 10-person room, but everyone was very nice. It was very quiet upon entering. There's also a takeout area with a water dispenser, microwave, and ice maker. It's truly comprehensive and thoughtful. Overall, I had a very good impression. The room was cleaned daily. If I had to point out a downside, the signal in the outdoor dining area was weak, which I hope can be improved. Compared to the overpriced hotels in Qingdao during the holidays, I think this hostel is a great value. The privacy is excellent, and each room requires a card for entry. It's also just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 2, making it very convenient for everywhere. The room was better than expected. The air conditioning was sufficient. There was a separate dressing room and dining area.
