During the National Day, the rooms are basically full and the service can't keep up. It's close to the subway station. It's not very convenient to eat nearby. It's two bus stops away from the 15th Street Food Market.

第一次寫差評，這個酒店的前台真的太差了，必須要説出來避雷以免被坑。第一天入住剛到就被問要不要加錢升級，説不加錢升級的話只有一間尾房或者窗户對着走廊的，我説沒關係不用升級，到了房間後，味道非常刺鼻，剛裝修過的味道很重，適應了很久，房間隔音也很差，晚上睡覺走廊路過都有很重的腳步聲，隔壁房間説話聲音以及十二點時還有的音樂聲都是清清楚楚，沒有辦法安靜入睡，早上又會很早被吵醒。關鍵是第二天，我們不想再換酒店折騰了，就想換個房間，到前台提出想看另一種最基礎的那個房型要求，被拒絕説那邊都沒有開放，訂不了，我説看到網上有在正常售賣的啊，前台就説讓我們花錢買個她們的會員，給我們免費升級一下，本來就不經常出來住酒店，就拒絕了，我們隨即在網上下單，可能操作失誤導致訂成雙床房，大床雙床沒有很重要，但是還是試着詢問前台是否可以更改為大床，結果被告知更換同房型大床要加錢，第一次聽説同等房型雙床換大床要加錢才能換的！我明明在網上看的是同樣價格，就説那我自己在網上修改吧，當我點擊修改頁面刷新大床價格居然被調高了，我也就無所謂了，選擇雙床辦理了入住進房間。剛進去我查看訂單時居然發現原本被調高的大床價格又被調了回去！恍然大悟是她們前台在搞噁心操作，我隨後還聯繫了客服求證，確實剛剛有高價格，正常應該同房型大床雙床一樣價格的。只有攜程客服一直在道歉，從頭到尾你們都沒有人來解釋，這樣的遭遇衹配差評。讓人如此生氣的點就是態度不好，還一心想着賺錢，一副無所謂的嘴臉，十幾塊錢至於這麼噁心人嗎，做不好服務就別來做服務業好嗎，腦袋裡就想着怎麼坑顧客，還錦江旗下，太丟人了！
