I booked a family room, and they said they would upgrade it for me. I had already told the front desk clearly that I didn't want it. The smart lady told me that this was the family room I booked, calling a black cat a white cat, confusing right and wrong, and treating customers like **. Well, I don't care about it when I go out to play, just one night, forget it. Today, they called me and said something, so I can only give a bad review.

Picture 1 and Picture 2: On June 6th, there were no more dishes served at 9:06 AM. Meal time didn't end until 10:00 AM, and the chef didn't even come to refill them. Picture 3: The steamed buns and steamed buns were all pre-made and frozen, with absolutely no flavor. The meat was also frozen sausage. Picture 4: I'm really impressed by this auntie in the open counter. From the moment customers enter, she starts barking and yelling for breakfast coupons, as if everyone wants white wine. I said I wanted some, and she finally, very reluctantly, cooked them. It wasn't that she wanted the leaves, but there was no edible vegetables. I asked her to cook two fewer wontons, fearing we wouldn't be able to finish them, but she said the rules state that they only allow that much. Forget about that, here's the magic move: after it was done, she scooped two out of the bowl and threw them away, giving me the rest. 😱 The restaurant provides boxed yogurt, and they should refill it promptly after guests finish using it. Many guests have to ask several times before they get more. If they're so concerned about breakfast costs, they shouldn't have provided it in the first place. If they do provide it, they should have a sufficient supply! Figures 5-8: The bathroom drain wasn't cleaned promptly, and there were lots of small mosquitoes. The hotel housekeeper was nice and diligent in cleaning. But she couldn't fix the drain issue; it was all a management problem. Also, the breakfast was absolutely terrible, and there was a stubborn woman who wouldn't even let go of a leaf of vegetable, yelling and whining every day. It was... It wasn't even peak season, and for around 400 yuan, it was totally unworthy! I hope everyone avoids this pitfall!

The hotel's facilities are very new. It is very close to the subway station, less than 5 minutes' walk away, and very convenient to any tourist attraction. The room is clean and bright, and the TV can be directly projected. It feels very comfortable to live here. On the last day, because of the high-speed rail at night, the front desk was very quick to help me apply for a free late check-out until 2 o'clock. I came back a little late before checking out, and the hotel did not call to urge me. Instead, when I passed by the lobby, they were very considerate to help me update the room card time. The service was perfect! This is my first time traveling alone, but I feel that this hotel gave me a full sense of comfort and security. Thumbs up 👍🏻
