Overall, Atour chain is reliable and the first choice when going out.
advantage:
1. The hotel is very new, the facilities are in good condition, the elevator sound is very quiet, and the rooms at the elevator entrance are very friendly.

房間很新！裝修應該沒多久，感覺不錯，商務出差很方便！距離保税區公司很近，步行就能到，周邊環境挺好，主要是安靜睡的很好，步行10分鐘就到地鐵站。隔音不錯，樓層很高，基本都是在20樓以上，有小型健身房和洗衣房，房間臟衣服告訴了大姐！主動幫我送到洗衣房洗了，非常感謝，雖然不是她必須要做的。前台也很熱情，入住先給杯茶，走的時候送瓶水，再有就是早餐也不錯，該有的都有了，出差還是優選。
深夜粥到:晚上還有小粥。挺好

有一説一，同價位酒店裡房間面積不小，房間乾淨整潔，酒店很新，各種設施也完善，健身器材洗衣設備等都具備，晚上還提供免費的粥飲，配有幾樣小鹹菜，聽説還有鹹鴨蛋，為什麼是聽説，因為我住了三天沒有見到，鹹鴨蛋也沒幾塊錢吧，國慶期間一間房間都是五六百的房費，幾塊錢的鹹鴨蛋供不上，外賣不能及時送達，全部依賴一個機器人，那就提高機器人數量，或者員工抽空也得給送吧，外賣到酒店前台後，我等了二十分鐘機器人都沒送上來，我打前台電話詢問，我説已經二十分鐘了外賣還沒送上來，一個男服務員告知我機器人在忙，讓我稍等，我説好的，表示理解，外賣小哥送達酒店前台的時間是10：14分，我給前台打電話是10：34分，整整二十分鐘，前台服務員説外賣是剛到，啥？難道我看不到訂單送達時間嗎？明明已經過去二十分鐘了，你跟我説剛到，這一分就是給你的，不誠實，晚上打電話讓送雙孩子拖鞋，一直到第二天中午也沒有送來，像國慶這種人流劇增期間，是不是可以麻煩員工跟機器人同時送一下？帶孩子出行，想多要一床被子，頭天晚上跟酒店提出需求，酒店回答沒有，第二天同樣的需求還是回答沒有，現在同類的精品酒店其實房間設施等等都差不多，就是在比服務，第一天沒有多餘被子可以理解，第二天是不是應該主動添置一床？晚上給酒店前台打電話打了七八個不接，我以為前台沒人，我下去一看三個服務員都在哪兒站着就是不接電話。是沒聽到嗎？

目前覺得體驗感很好的酒店細節做的很是到位，辦理入住的時候前台會遞上熱茶，房間裏有電子秤、小冰箱，水吧區有掛耳咖啡、太古糖、茶包和茶具，另外還貼心的準備了外帶杯，酒店裡其他硬件設施還配備了健身房、洗衣房，衞生間的馬桶邊擺放着75%獨立包裝酒精消毒棉，這點對於有潔癖的旅客很是友好，另外洗漱用品都是不同顏色的獨立包裝，居然還放了棉簽和浴帽，這點讓我更是好感度倍增我入住的幾天出門都很早，早餐也是可以打包的，而且工作人員的服務態度都很好。
