入住時已經快12點了，開好房間後倒頭就睡，不一會被癢醒了，翻開床單一看，下面的墊子不是一般的臟，女人的頭髮、污漬，餅乾屑。地毯也是藏污納垢。通知房務過來更換，説平時衹更換最上面的床單，明白了。最後更換了墊子和床單，再上床睡覺時已經快1點半。

隔音太差，房間一股異味，大堂還在裝修，而且收拾衞生的人下午一直在走廊嘰嘰喳喳説話很大聲，晚上到三點隔壁房間的人還在説話，聽的一清二楚，根本睡不着覺唯一一點稍微好的，就是反映之後，服務員去勸阻了，建議改善環境。
