這家酒店真的超出預期！預訂後很快收到確認短訊，到店辦理入住特別順利，前台還貼心介紹了周邊設施。房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得超細緻，連角落都乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠。早餐種類超多，中西式都有，食材新鮮味道贊。步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站，出行太方便了。服務全程在線，有求必應，下次來一定還選這！

酒店設施老舊，和圖片不一樣，浴室沒有隔斷，洗完澡水全部流出來了，外面無從下腳，淋浴間內也沒有防滑墊，這種酒店的標配竟然沒有比較震驚。衞生比較差，床單被套上還有異物乾結在上面，屋頂也是發黴，一股黴味。房間內的垃圾桶裏還有上波客人留下來的垃圾。還有説到服務，根本就沒有服務，房間內都找不到聯繫前台的方式，問前台要第二張房卡也沒有，第一次遇到這種事情，也是400多一晚的酒店了，不是一兩百一晚的，怎麼做成這樣！
