We are from Canada and were visiting Qingdao for approximately one week at the end of October 2024. We stayed at the Juzi Crystal Hotel near the Taidong Pedestrian Street. As seasoned travellers having stayed in many hotels over the years, we can say with confidence that the Juzi Cystal Hotel is a top 5 star! It is brand new, super clean, equipped with modern facilities, and best of all, the hotel staff are super helpful and friendly, from the reception desk, dining room, to cleaning ladies. A special shout-out to Ms. Tong Tong (彤彤) at the front desk. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay a most pleasant experience! Thank you so much for making our visit in Qingdao as wonderful as it was. We will be returning to your hotel for sure!

The room is consistent with the picture. The decoration style is simple and elegant. I like it very much. The facilities are beautifully arranged. It is very clean and hygienic. You can check in with confidence. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The sound insulation is good. The super large bed made me sleep soundly all night. The washing machine has a smart reminder function.
