居住感很好，枕頭很舒服，早上去餐廳吃飯，餐廳的大姐看到小孩在喝涼的酸奶，怕喝了對腸胃不好，立馬給我們拿了常温的，真的很貼心！前台所有的工作人員服務態度都很好！下次來黃島還會選擇這家酒店，推薦推薦

衞生：非常到位，床和於是都很乾凈整潔
服務：復位非常好，大廳香香的，早餐也很好吃種類很多

前提：平台積分兑換了提前入住、歡迎水果和延時退房。
入住體驗：入住當天2點多到前台辦理入住，被告知沒有準備好，讓我們再等一個小時才能入住。在表達不滿後，酒店升級了房間辦理了入住（無歡迎水果，我們也沒再要求）。第二天12點就打電話催退房，我們表示訂房的時候申請過延時退房了，酒店才勉強同意請好評後幫忙延遲，最後我們也是急匆匆的12:20前就離開酒店。以上，不會再選擇。
服務：電話申請小童拖鞋和牙刷，可能是太忙了吧，等了很久，打了兩次電話才給送。
位置：離地鐵站走挺遠的，但是有樹蔭，不太熱
環境：酒店比較乾淨、安靜，房間不大
早餐：早餐不行，種類非常少，是住過的酒店裡早餐種類最少的酒店，而且早餐廳不開空調，非常熱，可能是想催你快點吃完走人吧。早餐廳桌椅也很少，估計最多能同時接納十幾家人吧。9點半左右（非高峯期）去的餐廳，拼桌等位常態。
覆住率：0應該不會再次入住。
