Qingdao Licang Jiahua Hotel

This is truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 0.5 stars is too much! My frustration started from check-in. The front desk was completely indifferent, giving only half-answers to my questions and displaying a completely unfriendly attitude. After a day of fun, I returned to the hotel after midnight and was even more shocked when I was about to wash up. The room didn't even have the most basic toiletries. I called to request "toothbrush, soap, and comb." The front desk told me they were in the closet. When I opened it, it was empty—just water stains and a whiff of dust. A little later, housekeeping brought "toothbrush, soap, and water." When they arrived, they couldn't find the toiletries either, and told me the cleaning lady forgot to put them there. I thought this was a "reusable hotel." Their understanding and willingness to remedy the situation were completely nonexistent! I called the front desk, but I didn't even dare use the receiver. The phone was so unhygienic! The next morning, I went to the breakfast room at 8:35. Maybe I was late? (The restaurant closes at 9 p.m.) I was hoping for something hot, but the hot food section was practically cold. The dishes were all hard and I wondered how long they'd been sitting there. It was like eating leftovers. Hotels are all about convenience and comfort, but this restaurant completely missed the mark. The service was terrible, and the attention to detail was poor. I'll never go back again. Avoid!

The room is very clean, the environment is very good and quiet, the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free, the stay was very good, the facilities are complete and the service is perfect, it was a very good stay experience

This hotel experience was very bad. The windows were extremely soundproof. The large suite on the 19th floor was very noisy and the wind was howling. I couldn't sleep all night! The hotel didn't even have a care package. The wall was moldy, corroded and smelled. The reception hall in the online photo had windows but there were none in reality. It was a scam! Please be informed.

The view from the 25th floor is excellent, and the sleep is quiet at night. The 2-meter big bed is especially good. The front desk and the big sister are very enthusiastic. It was a very satisfying family trip.
