酒店房間可能是新裝修的，硬件設定嶄新，走廊有點味道，房間非常大，衞生還可以，地理位置有點偏，外出吃飯啥的很不方便。
重點説説餐廳，餐廳是對外營業的，晚上19:30打電話問餐廳營業到幾點，得到答覆是晚上10點，準備去訂餐吃飯，餐廳説後廚不願意做，建議我們不要去了，這**是什麼操作？問前台前台説你可以定外賣，這操作也是沒誰了
硬件沒問題，服務0分
行政雙床房節假日價格482元一間，價格定的不低，服務明顯跟不上這個價位

設施：很齊全，乾淨衞生。
吃飯出行都很方便。服務也很好。
空間充裕，有兩個衞生間。很方便。
沙發可以拉開很寬敞，可以加被子能睡兩人。
我是兩個大人帶一個大孩子，套間分開很方便。

第一次來青島住酒店，看評價選了恆星大酒店，果然沒讓我失望，體驗好極了。
酒店周圍有幾所大學，環境安靜整潔，門口大院很大的停車場，停車方便，好爽！房間內衞生非常乾淨，沒有異味，床和衞生間都很乾凈，因為需要冷藏東西，服務員很快就送來了迷你吧，贊👍
早餐也很豐富，孩子們都很愛吃。
最後表揚下前台的趙鴻雁和宋華祥，態度很好，入住體驗很好，下次如果有機會再來青島，還願意選擇這家酒店！

非常不好的體驗，首先，入住的時候給錯了房間，我訂的是行政房，給的是3樓的普通雙人間，裏面很昏暗沒有桌子沒有凳子。行政房稍微好一點。最讓我不滿意的是早餐，7-9點供應早餐，第一天我是8點去的，幾乎沒有吃的了。第二天我是7點半不到去的，竟然和第一天一樣沒東西吃，所有餐桌上都是客人吃剩下的餐盤沒有收拾，餐吧下面衹有一摞盤子，喝小米粥説沒有碗了，牛奶衹有一個底了，問服務員，説是因為人多，問題是才7點半啊，不是9點快結束的時候了，在我要求下，才重新收拾桌子，上餐盤和碗。另外，再吐槽一下早餐食物種類：燒賣、包子、炒麪、蛋炒飯、南瓜、山葯、小米粥、白煮蛋、切片麪包、蛋糕、蔬菜沙拉、炒豆芽、寶卷心菜、鹹菜4-5種不細説了、豆漿、紅茶、冰水。問有沒有煮麪，答沒有。問有沒有荷包蛋，答沒有。不再問了，大家發現沒有，整個早餐，一個葷菜都沒有。簡直太差勁了。

總體而言入住體驗非常棒，尤其是酒店工作人員小張、 小菲態度都非常好，晚上真的非常安靜，我是去考試，帶着孩子，行李非常的多，第一天和第二天不是一個房間，中途換房比較麻煩，工作人員主動幫忙拿行李，本來一點多退房、我是下午四點考試結束，工作人員幫忙申請到了四點退房，真的是太感謝了，

酒店挺好，晚餐居然意外吃到了海鮮自助，房間大氣開闊，旁邊就是學院，晚上酒店門口馬路上煙火氣十足，唯一缺陷浴缸熱水出水較小。

房間乾淨整潔，入住舒適，複試期間價格還算可以，前台李可心，趙鴻雁服務熱情周到，酒店隔音也比較好，就是有時候中央空調開啟會有一段時間的水聲
