房間很乾凈，環境很好有個小院子，就在三江裏裏麪，離大鮑島休閑街區很近，走路到教堂，棧橋都不遠，到中山路地鐵站也就7-10分鐘左右吧。老闆人很好，每天都有問需不需要打掃，房間的浴巾，洗臉巾，水都是免費的。還有個超大的電視，可以投屏。下次去青島還會住在這裏。

房間非常乾淨，無味道，被子也很乾爽睡得很舒服。前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務很熱情，有問必答，有問題比給解決。第一天住的房間沒有窗户有點潮濕第二天給我們升級睡得非常好！配備洗衣機和烘乾機，夏天衣服一天一洗這設施太讚了！下次還有機會來還會選擇這家。感謝你們讓我對青島有了更好的回憶。

衞生一般床單被罩稍微有點臟，環境很好，就在三江裏裏麪，服務還可以，酒店的保潔2:00之後就會下班，如果是下午出門的話，沒有辦法打掃衞生，設施很好很好，有一個很大的電視可以投屏，還提供了很多一次性的浴巾毛巾。

房間真的非常好，很乾凈，服務態度也非常棒！外面有個小院子，曬衣服非常方便，也有洗衣機和烘乾機。周邊環境非常棒，文創做的真好，離夜市也非常近，很多美食。這次住了兩天。對於有點潔癖的人來説，真的值得入住！下次來青島還住這裏。

設施齊全，衞生乾淨，帶有洗衣機烘乾機，處於鬧市，卻又很安靜，去哪都很方便，真的是愛死這家了，不斷續住，捨不得離開。來青島第一天海邊的民宿都又貴又舊又潮濕又吵，趕緊換酒店，對比很多家，選了十二人。十二人的地理位置就剛剛好，出門地鐵打車都很方便，讓人有意外驚喜的一家民宿。

位置在半坡上，離地鐵有點遠，房間幫我免費升級了，可惜還是內窗房，陳設很像酒店，但是有小蟲子，睡覺的時候打死了一衹蚊子，電視超大屏看得很爽

房間很大，很寬敞，房間佈局很棒，住起來體驗感相當的舒服，老闆態度也非常好，也很貼心，有需求都能第一時間幫忙解決，酒店地理位置在景區中心，去哪裡都很方便，出門就可以打卡，極力推薦！

新開的民宿，衞生超級乾淨，設備齊全，竟然還配了電蚊香，對我這種招蚊體質真的很友好🤩，有一個半個床大的電視。位置方面，從圖片中的龍尾巴路口向右拐走三四十米就到了，牌子很醒目，旁邊就是三江裏，但是環境很安靜，衞生間乾濕分離，很大，淋浴和手持噴頭都配備。 提兩點建議吧，馬桶對面的牆上可以加排掛鈎，洗澡的時候放衣服；衞生間門口放一個吸水的地墊，要不然洗完澡踩得都是水。總之，體驗非常不錯，下次還住。
