核心地段，房間空間大，佈置很有特色，兩個大床，滿足家庭出行需求。樓下有一個海港，步行300米左右可到達文化街區，沿着街直走可以到天主教堂、棧道等景點。老闆回覆很及時，有求必應，推薦！

瘋狂為08號房間打call，在38樓，視野超棒，基本在窗户就把幾個景點拍全了（手機像素好一點，放大就可以拍到棧橋信號山），房間也比其他的乾淨，老闆也很貼心，提供行李寄存服務，下次會推薦朋友同事來！

非常棒的住宿體驗，位置非常優越，距離景點和地鐵口很近，交通非常便利，到棧橋也就2公里左右，旁邊還有劈柴院步行街。晚上下樓逛逛夜市，吃吃燒烤也很近。
另外，我要點讚的是它的裝修，本來以為宣傳圖和實際會有區別，沒想到裝修真的這麼好看。另外還有大浴缸，喜歡泡澡的有福了。
從窗户上可以俯瞰青島市區景色，能夠直接看到海景，以後來青島還會選擇他們家的酒店

這次入住體驗太驚喜了！民宿整體風格是我超愛的ins風房間佈置温馨又有格調，細節處滿是巧思，隨手一拍都是大片。床品柔軟親膚，洗漱用品品質在線，衞生間也超乾淨，安全感拉滿！老闆人超熱情，位置絕佳，離大教堂棧橋步行就能到，晚上吹着晚風看夜景，愜意得不想離開～下次來還住這兒，強烈推薦給大家！

設施：相當齊全，特別喜歡屋裡像是小亭子一樣的客廳，可以看投影
衞生：相當乾淨！
環境：非常美 躺在床上就可以看到海
服務：服務態度特別好，有疑問的問題或者是需要東西的時候發消息都是秒回。並且因為是下午三點的高鐵所以問了可不可以下午一點退房，很快就同意了。

設施：比較完善，滑梯和鞦韆都很好，圖片上的小帳篷也可以自己打開搬來搬去。就是沒看見投影布，不過我們沒用到也沒找，可能是在其他地方而已。
就是個人覺得枕頭太高太鼓了，差點落枕，而且每個枕頭都是這樣的，希望商家可以下次最起碼不同床上放個扁一點點的枕頭。
窗户外就是高架橋，晚上也挺好看的，就是玻璃有點臟。
衞生：衞生間的毛巾浴巾看起來有點舊，比較介意的朋友自己準備會館更好。廚房用具看起來沒有特別乾淨，而且衹有一個蒸鍋，其實不方便自己做飯。而且洗潔精也衹剩一個底。
但是床品還可以，有一個床墊有點臟了，但是墊了兩層褥子一層床單都是乾淨的。
環境：還挺方便的，離兩個地鐵站都衹有十分鐘左右的地鐵，門口也有公交。而且！門口藍色的步道是一條把海邊景點串起來的步道，開始沒發現，其實很適合city walk！
帶孩子的家長出門左轉還有蹺蹺板！
服務：不提供每日打掃，要額外收費。但是短住其實也還好，地上沒有那麼乾淨不穿拖鞋襪子會有點發黑的程度，不過提供拖鞋。

進門房間已經提前開窗通風了，超貼心，跟網圖一樣的佈置場景，孩子特別開心，大落窗視野很好，有一個大浴缸，小孩子特別開心，而且店家準備了泡澡袋，真的超級貼心，有一塊大幕布，孩子坐在床上看電視超開心，樓下就是吃的，主要是離輪渡還有景點很近，打車方便，環境相比較來説很安靜，而且因為帶着孩子跟店家協商提前入住啦，客服特別有耐心，因為停車的問題問了好多，店家回覆特別快，感覺很踏實。小孩子在房間追逐不小心把花瓶碰到了，店家沒有讓賠償，第一時間關心孩子有沒有受傷，真的，太貼心了，大家放心來住，店家超級超級貼心，我感覺比某些酒店服務到位。
