The room was very unhygienic. There were hairs on the floor as soon as you entered the room, and stains on the table that had not been wiped clean. However, I could tolerate these. However, when I pulled back the quilt, I found several hairs inside. There was also yellow stuff on the sheets. It felt like the previous person had stayed there and the bedding wasn't washed. After talking to the boss, I was given another room. However, there were still hairs on the sheets, which really shocked me. In the end, I had no choice but to buy a set of disposable sheets and quilt covers to make do. The same problem occurred in both houses, which shows that the hygiene is really bad. There was no comb in the toiletries. I don’t understand why such a bad house would be allowed to be lived in. In short, please make a careful choice when booking. It is recommended to spend a few dozen dollars more to stay in a hotel of slightly better quality.

It's fairly close to the subway, about an 8-10 minute walk. The room was large, but the facilities didn't give the impression of having just opened in 2024. The cleanliness was average, the air conditioning and projector didn't work, and the hot water was low. The view was great!

The location is very convenient, easy to get to everywhere. It's just a few hundred meters walk to May Fourth Square and Vientiane City. The room is very new, clean and comfortable, plus the sea view is unbeatable. After a day of sightseeing, I was in a good mood. At night, I could see the light show from the window, which was very beautiful. There is also a washing machine with a drying function, which can dry clothes in an hour and wear them directly. I will choose this hotel next time I come 👍

The room is located near the beach, but unfortunately it's a bit off-center and not directly facing the sea. It's 2 kilometers from the third bathing beach, which is a bit far! We stayed on the 33rd floor. The room was quite large, but it would have been better if it had a family room. Eating out wasn't very convenient, and there were no large supermarkets!
