Fantastic location. Very close to the subway and near commercial establishments. 711 is just across the road, and Kfc too. St Michael's church is neaeby. The hotel seems new, clean and modern. There’s a part where its not that clean (dust below the tv) but it did not bother us. Very strong shower pressure, but the shower floor gets flooded a bit as the floor is not inclined properly. The toilet is clean, and not heated. Note that there is no bidet. Bed is very comfortable, and the aircon/heater is working perfectly. Television is big enough but note that there are no english channels. Breakfast is not included, but you can avail breakfast separately. We availed it once, it was a tuna sandwich with sausage and egg. Service is good and they are very friendly. They provide free bottled water, instant coffee and tea too. Overall considering the price, its a very good deal. Will recommend!

Very beautiful hotel! All equipment was super new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Hopefully the bar opens soon, would have loved to enjoy a drink in this beautiful a**osphere. We will definitely come back!

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was in process of upgrading and renovation. It's quite dusty outside but the room was well maintained and clean. Very good location, just next to Zhongshan subway station. Walking distance to Yue Xi Ke Lai Square, St. Michael Catholic Church and restaurants. Service is good and responsive attendants. Highly recommended and sure I will come back again.

Perhaps the hotel could provide with their guests a simple sketch of the sightseeing places nearby being historical sites, a kind of walking tour map would be great to enhance our stay experience with the hotel.

A wonderful little place with a great location, friendly staff and super comfortable space. I enjoyed my stay so much that I'm already recommending it to my friends who are going to Qingdao!

Amazingly a nice place. Old fashion design but so modern inside. So warm hearted front desk lady, and sweet, and lovely, and you name whatever. This place is right on the walking street, and you can listen to the classic music casting somewhere from the street. This is also so close to many dining spots, and they are typical local and tasty. This place is not with a luxury facade but really worth for it's inside value. All the controls are fashion: lights, fans, curtains, etc. It brings you a feeling that you are back in the old school Tsingtao living in a German style building but meanwhile sleeping in the cozy modern life realistically. I'd like to come here the next time, especially in a summer time.

Excellent location and building

The hotel is located in the center of the tourist area. One minute's walk to the left is the subway station. It is very convenient for having fun nearby or going to distant places. I booked a family room for 3 adults for 4 days and 3 nights. The room is spacious and has two rooms for 5 It has a large bed, and the bathroom is separated into toilet, bathing, and dressing areas. There is enough space. There is a 6-person table in the dining room and a sink. In addition, there is a door in the bedroom that leads to the balcony facing the street. Overall The facilities are extremely 5-star. Unfortunately, the hotel management seems to have wasted this beautiful design and layout. There is a standing mirror on the right after entering the door. Pay close attention to the mirror. It is covered with fingerprints and stains. Walk along the corridor to the bedroom. There seemed to be dust and hair on the floor beside the cabinet that had not been cleaned. There was a coffee table, a footrest and a leisure chair in front of the large TV in the bedroom. There were rolls of dust balls with hair on the floor between the TV and the coffee table. I could afford it, but the adapter connected to the Xiaodu speaker placed on the bedside table near the wall was covered in mold dust. It made me feel sick to my stomach. After checking in for the first night, I reported the mirror to the front desk staff the next morning. After returning to the room that night, I found that the mirror seemed to have been wiped but still had flaws. No matter how good it was, it had improved. However, the pile of dust under the TV in the bedroom that could be easily picked up had not been cleaned within the 4 days of stay. . The water drains slowly from the bathroom sink and shower room floor. After taking a shower, you have to wait for a while before rinsing your feet before leaving. The worst thing is that there is no rack for hanging clothes and towels in the entire bathroom. The clothes that need to be changed are even Underwear must be placed on the dressing table, which feels very unhygienic and inconvenient. In addition, it turned out that the room did not have shoehorns and bottle openers, and the hotel did not provide them. I bought beer but there was no bottle opener. I asked the young and smiling waiter that night if he had opened any. When bottles were supplied, he solved the problem for me in his own way, and I was very grateful. Regarding the shoe-sucking incident, I asked the older male waiter at the front desk in the morning, and he simply said "no" , he just lowered his head and continued working on his computer. He was really angry at that time... Forget it, just stay for a few days! Overall, this hotel is a good choice regardless of its location, appearance, and general facilities. However, there are some minor details that still need to be improved, and the room hygiene is really not ideal; I had already applied for a delay when booking. And was approved to check out at 14.00. To ensure that there was no mistake, I checked with the waiter the night before check out. The answer was initially "don't know", but later a staff member called and said that it was okay to ask the leader, but asked for 5-star rating for hotel service... In the end, I checked out before 11 o'clock, and I received reasonable luggage storage service after check-out.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its good location. The other aspects are really hard to describe. We stayed in this hotel for two days. On the first day, we found a fly in the wash cup (although we never used the hotel's wash cup), so we didn't report it to the front desk, but can you imagine that the fly stayed in the wash cup until we left, and no one cleaned it up, including the packaging of the disposable towel I used the day before, and the packaging of the makeup remover tissue, which were not thrown away for us. The hair dryer was plugged in when I used it on the first day, and the cleaner didn't put it away, and it was plugged in like that 😓 The shower cubicle in the bathroom was leaking, and the water leaked to the toilet... The most important thing is that on the first day we reported to the front desk that our room was too noisy and wanted to change rooms, but they didn't respond to us. In short, except for the good location, it's really annoying. This price is not as good as staying in a chain hotel. Chain hotels are good in everything, which is a bit disappointing😰

The hotel is in a great location. Turn right and walk 20 meters straight from Zhongshan Road subway station. Across the road is the Dabaodao leisure district, Guangxingli Pichaiyuan, and Shangjieli. It's also close to the Catholic Church. There are many places to eat nearby: Boluo Youzi (highly recommended), Chunhelou, Linji Xiaolongbao... The twin room I booked has two large beds. There is enough space for a family of three with children, and there is a separate dining area. You can eat takeout and drink beer in the restaurant at night. It feels good to sit in the yard at night in summer! There are two sinks in the bathroom, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that the street-facing rooms are still a little noisy at night. Another suggestion is that the windows of the room door are recommended to use blackout glass or curtains. It is very important for people who can't sleep in the light at night. I really couldn't sleep well in the light on the first night!

The environment is very good. It is said that it has been renovated and has a yard. It is about 100 meters away from Zhongshan Road subway station, which is very convenient for travel. Facilities: The room is in the style of muji hotel, minimalist and warm. It is basically the same as the picture, so I didn't take more photos. The room I booked is not small. But I don't know how long it has been renovated. There is a slight smell when I just entered. It will be better after opening the window for ventilation, but those who like to open the window may not be suitable for some rooms on the second floor. Hygiene and service need to be emphasized. I changed rooms twice, checked the bed and found hair that shouldn't be there. Finally, I chose room 318. After cleaning for a while, I saw a small bug on the pillow. I called the front desk to communicate, and the reason I got was that Qingdao was relatively humid at the end of April, and it was normal and unavoidable for bugs to appear in the room renovated from the old house (almost the original words). There seemed to be no apology or solution (probably because I had changed 2 rooms). Finally, I didn't want to trouble too much and asked for two new pillowcases, so I arranged for someone to wait for a long time to deliver them. Although I only stayed for one day, I can see that the hotel is currently understaffed. There are still many details in the room that feel like they have not been cleaned up yet. Before leaving the hotel, I left the things I needed to send at the front desk. Thank you for helping me to give them to the courier. But the other experiences are really average. Maybe it's because the hotel industry in Qingdao is not very competitive? So compared to the hotels with good service I have been to, it's a bit regrettable. Overall, the room is good, and the business will definitely not be bad if other aspects are strengthened.

The location is very good, just a few minutes from the subway exit. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy when sleeping at night. The lady at the front desk of the hotel is warm and friendly. She also actively dealt with the hygiene problems later. She also wrote an apology note and gave a subway card (although it was expired 🤣). I don’t know if it’s because it’s a new hotel. The room has heavy decorations when the door is opened, but the smell is much better when the window is opened for ventilation. The hotel can open the window for ventilation in the room in advance, which is a good plus. The room is very spacious. The room was upgraded when I checked in, but the hygiene situation, the hotel still needs to strengthen the cleaning work after the previous guests leave the hotel, the hair and sediment on the floor, whether there is anything left in the small refrigerator, and the bathroom cleaning. As for the drainage system and waterproofing of the hotel, I don’t know if it is a problem with my room (211) or the whole room. Even if the bathroom door is closed tightly, the drainage speed is slow and will penetrate into the compar**ent on the sink and toilet. The water must be dried with a towel before you can step on it, otherwise the thin slippers of the hotel can be directly scrapped 😂. I hope the hotel can make some changes. Finally, the tea bag in the hotel is expired, please change it 😅😅😅 I hope you will get better and better

The service around Dabao Island is good and relatively quiet. There are food, drinks and entertainment on the opposite street. It is a quiet corner here. Recommended! The subway station is very close and it is convenient to go to any attraction. Great👍
