酒店在一棟大廈裏，樓裏有健身會所，有地上和地下停車場。在海洋大學附近，對面是特來電園區。坐地鐵或打車去石長者海水浴場（堵車嚴重）都很方便。
房間挺好，空間挺大，簡約專修風格。

這個酒店就在中國海洋大學的旁邊，也比較好找。房間很乾凈，也很安靜。商務標間有兩張1.5米的床，也是比較好的一點。
