房間實物圖跟網上的圖片相符，出行方便，設施完好，床品比較舒服。缺點是沒有阿姨每天來清潔，全程網上辦理估計老年人搞不來，需要和子女一起出行。附近吃的店鋪算少，樓下有一家便利店。青島好美，下次再來。

房間漂亮，衞生乾淨（不過廁所和外界的那個推拉門縫隙裏有灰）其他區域衞生還不錯，出門就是地鐵站真的特別方便，馬路對面就有很多吃飯的店，總體挺方便的，不過我住在二十三樓雖然電梯有好幾部但是碰上高峯期真的要等好久，再就是馬桶的位置有點尷尬，上廁所距離牆壁太近直面牆壁，我感覺是比較彆扭吧，然後就是走廊裏有打掃衞生的推車過去真的有點吵，入户門很厚但是隔音不太好，其餘的沒毛病價格擺在這了，一百出頭在青島的確可以了，要位置有位置要交通有交通要環境有環境。

無前台網上辦理入住，老闆很熱情，有問必答，公寓外面高架下有停車場，跟人感覺不是很好停，推薦去不遠處的那些弄堂，也有停車位，10元1天封頂，比較好停。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，冰箱也很乾凈，超大的電視，舒服的沙發，有一種“家的感覺”。出樓大門口就有電梯下軌交，太方便了。

帶孩子來青島旅遊選的榻榻米民宿，真的一點都不後悔。酒店乾淨舒適，設施齊全。公寓門口就是地鐵口，去青島站、青島北站、五四廣場都很近。過條馬路對面就是星巴克，必勝客，肯德基。最最最主要的是孩子把靠墊的扣子弄掉了三個，老闆哥也説沒事，給老闆哥點一萬個贊👍🏻。

必須推薦他們家民宿，房子很乾凈，佈置的也非常用心。距離地鐵站和農貿市場都是幾步之遙，樓下就是便利店和餐飲。特別後悔前面幾天沒有發現這家寶藏民宿。明年我得早點定他們家。
