房間服務品質都屬於上乘，和隔壁美高美屬於一個集團，由於釣魚台沒行政酒廊，前台服務人員Lver特別為安排了美高美的行政酒廊待遇，酒店套房位置面對海岸線景色非常不錯，早餐半自助的形式我也挺喜歡餐食品質服務也非常到位，酒店周邊就是大型商場超市非常便捷，下次來青島一定會考慮再次入住。

位置很好，位於上實中心，緊挨着金獅廣場，吃喝購物都很方便。房間是新中式，高大上！早餐🈶單點菜單，很多本地特色。管家Giselle服務很好！

中式裝修，處處精緻，彰顯奢華，是我喜歡的調性，房間設施設備完善，智能馬桶，戴森吹風，超大浴缸，漂亮酒櫃，舒服的拖鞋，哈哈還有嶗山可樂，嶗山白花蛇草水…一切都挺好，如果再能送我一衹美高梅的小獅子就更好🤭🤭🤭下次還會選擇

缺點：
房間有煙味讓額外做了無煙處理還是有味道 太晚了想睡了就算了 毛巾和枕頭有異味 沒睡好
開車來上樓太繞了 B2到一樓繞上51再去房間樓層
早餐中餐種類少了些不合胃口 牛排老公吃了不適
設計有些不合理 面板不智能且遠

裝修很好看，很有高級感。樓層高，視野好。
服務一般，一樓的服務生明顯缺乏培訓，態度比較冷漠，眼裡沒活。
迷你吧和瑞吉比挺扣的，裏面好幾種“特色”飲料都巨難喝，氣泡水和蛇草水味道宛如下毒。。。
早餐種類一般，味道還行。
勉勉強強吧，屬於周邊範圍內最好的酒店，但是來青島專門住這家就挺沒必要。

開業以來多次入住的酒店了，從開業到現在快兩年，硬件設施維護的並不是很好，和管理的衞生團隊有關係。上個月入住有幾個問題忘記點評指出了，希望你們管理部門能夠引起重視。上次淋浴房牆腳有明顯黴斑，這次淋浴房走水坡度不是很好。上次中午辦理入住因為房間沒打掃好需要等，就用了51樓的衞生間。在裏面洗手的時候，有個保潔阿姨拿了一個很大的黑色塑料袋進來，一股腦門掏出各種飲料瓶往另一個水池裡倒，有咖啡飲料就直接往馬桶裏倒，馬桶蓋也不提上來。這是五星級酒店還是快捷酒店的打掃人員啊？關於客房打掃，問題也很大，床頭櫃上隔天晚上吃剩了一半的***，第二天打掃沒有收拾，到晚上夜床依然沒收拾，不知道是如果培訓人員的。夜床服務衣服也不疊，濕的浴巾給你疊一下繼續放在衞生間，和別的酒店有些差距。晚上抽紙沒有了，讓客房送了來，第二天打掃房間也不整理好放抽紙筒，依舊原位不動。之前打掃衞生的阿姨聊過，意思是夜床服務給的工資也不多，如果酒店不能提供好這項服務，何不取消了呢？早餐之前提過意見，已經改進了很多，但是與別的酒店依然沒有可比性。作為開業兩年光顧幾十次的客户，酒店都沒有任何管家添加微信增進服務的，今天退房丟了洗面奶在房間，也不主動聯繫，還是要打電話去酒店問詢，才有回覆説找到。前台人員換了一批又一批，都不如之前的服務態度好。酒店提供的免費洗衣服務對出差客人還是比較友好的，就是當天續住就無法有這個套餐。現在網傳釣魚台要摘牌不知道是否屬實，目前這個管理團隊確實是不行的，需要改進的還有很多。
