We booked this hotel last second. We were absolutely surprised by the cleanliness. As soon as you open the door, a pleasant scent welcomes you. The beds are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to Shopping Mall and subway station. We would like to grant a special mention to the cleaning staff, especially the gentleman we met the first day. He was incredibly kind and made sure we had enough water on our way out. This hotel was perfect for our 2 night-stay, highly recommended. We will definitely book it again next time.

This review is not written to criticize this hotel. I just hope that travelers with similar preferences can find a hotel that suits them. Overall, this hotel is excellent, but the noise level is too high.
You can hear everything from conversations in the rooms on the left and right to the sound of TVs. Watching TV in your own room late at night is a reasonable activity for guests, but because the soundproofing is poor, it gets very noisy.
I wanted to sleep well and continue my trip, but I couldn't, which was very disappointing. Even with earplugs, it was still noisy.
Although the hotel provided a free room upgrade and the staff's service was good, the noise issue is a significant downside.

Hot shower only works for a few minutes, due to low capability water boiler, keep in mind for longer showers with hot water.
Besides that location is great and convenient, check in fast and professional service.

The hotel entrance is on the LG floor of Lida Mao. You can find it by walking down the ramp. The reception is inconspicuous, but the service is good.
