來第一天 床上就有毛，衞生間就有尿漬，阿姨來打掃態度倒是還可以，就是從裏往外打掃，又從外往裡，衞生堪憂，還當著我麪把擦馬桶的毛巾放洗手枱….，此時前台答應送兩天早餐。晚上洗澡下水道就堵塞，問能不能客房的人來處理一下，前台告訴我客房的人下班了，我主動詢問有沒有工程師傅來弄，前台的人不知道主動提供幫助…工程師傅來看了以後説下水道不堵塞，就是水流速度太快…請問平時水流和我住的那天水流偏差很大嗎？水放出來下水道沒東西還流不下去？我去衞生間看地上很多溢出來的水漬，需要我再次撥打前台電話再來處理水漬。睡醒房間一衹大蒼蠅，遂換房，第二間房電話又壞的，不能撥通前台電話，衞生間一樣的問題已經不想糾結了，都自己燒壺開水解決，沖水坐便器一直咕嚕咕嚕…第一天去吃早餐報個房間號就好，第二天去吃問我要早餐券，請問核銷制度能否統一？前台説送早餐到底有沒有送？開業僅兩年的酒店，住的兩個房間，衞生間馬桶圈都左右擺動，歪的。本次入住兩天從衞生、服務、餐飲、部分環境都與我理解的如家完全不一致！以前出差基本住華住會，有時也會選擇如家，從未有過如此糟心體驗！這次發現如家品質和華住會的差距已經非常大！！！

前台服務態度特別好，住過多次了，一個短髮的前台，態度不輸星級酒店的前台，需要刮鬍刀時免費送了一個一次性的，訂的無窗户的房間，給免費升級了房型，為她點個贊。房間也比同級別快捷酒店寬敞許多。衞生也可以，就是位置周邊比較偏，但停車方便，停車場寬敞。

設施：酒店設施中規中矩，房間內除了沒有小冰箱其他設施設備齊全，較為智能，唯有不足就是房間吹風機是固定的線比較硬扯不動，酒店餐廳餐品特別少，但是雞蛋和小米粥足矣填飽肚子，在就是床邊有一個大窩衹有一個牀頭櫃導致我手機沒有位置放特別容易從這個坑裡掉下去。
衞生：房間衞生相對較不錯，但是有飛蚊和蟲子，入住後開蓋的飲料放了沒多久飛進去一衹蟲子，有點害怕還好及時聯繫攜程進行了處理。
環境：酒店周邊環境一般，我們出行都是開車才較為方便，窗外就是酒店樓下的視角。
服務：一進大堂感覺服務不錯，但是前台對於我提出的問題感覺比較不屑，給我安排了頭尾房我很介意很不喜歡，打電話更換房間前台讓我下去我急着上廁所的我更上火了，當時為什麼不在前台就告訴好客人安排的是什麼樣的房間或者有沒有什麼特殊需求呢？後來也是聯繫攜程才足矣解決。
總之相對來説是不錯的，除了小小的不足，但畢竟是連鎖酒店體驗下來都是可以理解的。希望生意興隆，越來越好！
