中肯的評價，這個民宿有優點也有不足，優點很明顯，位置很好交通很便利，從樓上到地鐵站最多就五分鐘，作為民宿該有的設施都有了，生活需求基本都能滿足。缺點也有，第一是有廚房，有鍋碗瓢盆，有煤氣灶但是沒筷子沒調味料，其次是熱水器，這個熱水器要麼就是熱水出不來要麼就是熱水出來一會又沒了，綜合體驗下來不錯

位置還不錯，導航到北門，直接停在地下停車場，進出入房東都幫忙搞好了，直接進出，停車位置也在電梯口，非常方便，一家一户。像在青島有一套房子一樣方便。
民宿要求不能太高，但是房間熱水器太不好了，忽冷忽熱，帶娃洗澡比較吃力。

這次去青島純屬是臨時起意，晚上吃飯時孩子問什麼時候去玩，原計劃週六齣發，腦袋一熱，決定晚上過去，於是各種準備，找住所……我們一家大小四口人，在眾多民宿中找到了這家，跟房主聯繫溝通後已經是晚上八點了，出發！到青島已經是夜裡十一點多，房主一直等着我們，房子離金沙灘很近，出門不遠就是公交站，吃飯和購物也很方便，而且停車也很方便，進去房間後，給我們最深的印象就是房子乾淨整潔，各種必須用品俱全，一家人對房子很滿意！本次出行住宿，讓我最最感動的是房主的信任，從入住到退房，跟房主都是在微信和電話聯繫的，感謝房主的信任！很滿意的一次住宿，性價比很高，下次去玩還會選擇這家。
