We enjoyed our stay here. Room is huge and clean. Free drinking water just outside the elevator. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is plenty but the type of food caters mostly to Chinese. There are noodles, steamed buns, congee, breads, cereals, coffee and fruits. Location is great. Very near May 4th square and MixC mall. Just a few minutes walk to subway station.

Our family (three adults) booked this hotel for the Labor Day holiday and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were extremely spacious and clean, and we got two corner rooms on high floors with fantastic views of the ocean and city. The room was appointed with comfy furniture, big TV, bathtub, and smart toilets. The insulation was good, there were no sound issues. The hotel also had food delivery robots which are always fun! We ate at the breakfast buffet daily which had many options (the best tasting ones were Chinese foods, including the noodle bar) and was very popular with the hotel guests, in fact getting there after 8 am made it hard to find a table sometimes. At breakfast is where we noticed the hotel seems to be very popular with families with young kids. In terms of location, we were close to the city center, so many sites were walkable. There’s an extensive subway system that extends to beach and mountain, and didis / taxis were easy to get. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thank you for a great stay!

Do not come during winter as the hotel do not have a/c and only offer you to open the window. Requested for a fan, they don’t have that either. Windows cannot be open big due to safety reason. The room is warm and you can hardly sleep. Spacious room, friendly staff, but management have to look at the alternative solution of it. Room are facing qingdao tower too.

Comfortable stay! Decent location, but not quite in the city center. No air conditioning available in the winter, so my room got quite warm.

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

Stay in this hotel for 4N. Hotel room is run down & not clean. Hotel management need to improve on this area. The lobby look new & after renovated. Breakfast is the same every day. Good service from restaurant staff Zhao Tian Yu.

I got a luxurious spacious room. Bed sheets are extremely fresh and clean. Bathroom cosmetics smells gorgeous. Any detail of the room was full of quality. The window view was marvelous. The lobby is huge and state of the art.
