位置真的超級方便，到棧橋和中山路都是走個幾分鐘就到。房間不大但是住一家三口足夠，廚房用品也一應俱全，外賣也很方便。有個可愛的小院子，天暖和的時候坐在院子裏喝茶聊天看星星應該會很愜意。
美中不足：1.老城區停車難，自駕的話找車位有點費時間。停了一晚兩天花了五十元停車費。
2.房東比較忙，臨時聯繫經常不能馬上找到人，最好提前問好入住細節。
3.沒有暖氣。不過卧室有空調，客廳有電暖氣，打開後屋裡也很暖和。
4.廚房餐具清洗不到位，比較油膩

過年5天都在這個小屋裡度過，出行非常方便，距離棧橋和中山路都10分鐘內路程，屋子裡麪配套也舒服，青島是很舒服的城市，下次來還想在這住！

臨時決定來青島遊玩，在去哪網上查看了很久，最後選了這一家！首先它的位置真的是絕佳，步行🚶到教堂、棧橋、海邊都很近很近，如果不趕時間可以步行到海底世界，沿途的美景也很不錯，也有很多特色的店，出門就是各種好吃的，真的很方便！唯一的就是真的不太好停車，多繞幾圈可以找一找，總能找到，免費的不太好找，可以停收費的，7-18:30是五元一小時，30元封頂，其餘時間免費！還是比較可以的！趕在不是旺季還會再來！還有因為是一樓的原因，剛進去會有一點味道，但是房東很貼心，提前開了凈化器，空調、和風扇！廚房裡什麼都有，可以自己做海鮮，挺方便的！

住了好幾次了，停車收費的大哥都認識我了。停車位雖然緊張，但是多繞幾圈還是能找到的。位置特別好，離棧橋步行3分鐘。大教堂十分鐘內，附近還有兩家我很喜歡的餐館。房間床品很舒服，小院子很漂亮。性價比超高，強烈推薦！

房東準備的很精心 面面俱到（小到護膚品 香薰 蠟燭 ） 美中不足～洗澡空間很小，如果洗澡易掉髮，且邊洗澡邊清理地漏 這樣習慣的 不推薦此房間，如果入住後有習慣先沖洗馬桶的不推薦此房間，因為淋浴與坐便器不在同一個空間，另外自駕遊的也不推薦，因為此房間地段屬於市中心～寸土寸金，找到車位不太容易，不過交通非常便利，地鐵公交都是幾分鐘路程，再有就是此房間允許寵物入住，若喵喵不願意接受約束的不推薦，因為喵喵會往床下鑽，但房間裏的吸塵器又吸不到床下，所以衹能約束喵喵配合，以上衹是個人感受 僅供參考。下次過來再去住房東推薦的海景房

符合圖片描述，總體衞生，不過廚房杯碗使用記得清洗一下，上一位使用的時候好像沒洗乾淨。在老小區入口處，夜裡很安靜，可惜衹住了兩天，以它的便捷度和宜居程度適合連住。
