房間超級好看，窗子是很復古的藍色，床軟軟的，被子蓋起來也暖暖。早上陽光透過窗簾照進來，床頭的桌子和花瓶很有格調，進門的玄關也很好，可以把外衣外褲掛在外面。小院子裏有很多花花草草和石器，上樓的樓梯是木頭的，旋轉的，有上世紀的感覺。喜歡的點太多啦，下次來青島還想住這個房間！

入住體驗很一般，床品味道很重第一天晚上薰的不行，（懷疑是上個客人住過後沒有換的不然床單也不會皺成這樣子）第二天反饋後工作人員後給了新的四件套我們自己換完後味道還是有，住了兩晚上就給了一瓶礦泉水，洗澡的地方像一個膠囊一樣，洗的時間久一點會很悶很悶，總之體驗不好！但，該説不説這個地方很方便旁邊有很多網紅店很適合打卡拍照

距地鐵站不遠，出門有很多年輕人打卡漫畫街。樓下小院子不錯，不過蚊子有點多。房門密碼和院門密碼會通過APP入住前告訴你。房間內裝修討巧，空調蠻好，有一次性拖鞋、紙巾、液體蚊香；衞生間比較大，便器帶衞洗器；有外窗，成品淋浴間比較小，但龍頭水量不小。有牙刷、洗臉毛巾和燒水壺。我們隔天共住二天，第一天有瓶裝水和茶葉，第二天沒有。

前兩天在威海和乳山入住的是高層的民宿，站在窗邊就能遠遠地就能看到海，來到青島偶爾在網上搜到這家德式別墅民宿，體驗感也非常好，很文藝的別墅小院，雖然周圍是網紅打卡地，但是有種鬧中取靜的感覺，出門100米就是地鐵口，講真，入住不滿意的是浴室，很小一個淋浴房，而且房東再三提示洗澡要把淋浴房門關緊，否則水會漏到地板上影響到樓下，嚴重的話會被索賠，淋浴房的門還是很給力的，一般不會有事，講究的人慎重考慮。白天太熱不出門，在一樓小院裏喝喝茶很舒服，第一次來青島才知道青島地鐵也很發達，到哪都很方便！

優點：地理位置還是很不錯的，出門左拐就是龍江路，塗鴉街，不捨晝夜咖啡等網紅打卡地，可以隨時遠離人羣打卡，離“人民會堂”地鐵站走路大概5分鐘，交通整體來説還是比較便利的，晚上很安靜。
説説不足之處：房間真的比較小，燈也比較暗，就是一張床，行李箱都沒有地方放，衞生間衹有一個洗漱台，下水很慢，洗澡間比較小，而且嚴格執行乾濕分離，怕會滲透到樓下引起投訴。智能馬桶限制多，除了沖便便，其他都不能沖，衹能扔垃圾桶，然後自己扔😶 另外周圍的早餐店很少，好像就一家，選擇麪很窄，甜品店但是有很多…

非常喜歡的民宿，原因如下：
⛳️ 位置很棒。大學路的網紅店們就在旁邊，青島美術館步行5分鐘
🏡 房子很贊。小洋樓裏的小洋房+整潔美麗的院子
💰 性價比很好。這個位置的民宿+這樣的條件👍
🧚‍♀️ 房東很好。回覆很及時，有困難也在力所能及的範圍內幫忙解決
🎁 驚喜設施。居然有智能馬桶，冬天裏真是福音呀
⚡️ 挑戰經歷。洗澡間有點小，衞生間要小心打濕地板。但如果對洗澡要求不高，我覺得上面的優點完全蓋過缺點，瑕不掩瑜

地點好，鬧中取靜，出門路平，無斜坡，老少適宜，女生一個人晚歸也不用害怕，同等價位中裝修好，房東回覆快，可寄存行李。

房間是老小區改造的，設施稍微老舊，但位置很好，緊臨網紅街，離棧橋教堂⛪️等都很近便。 小院很文藝雅靜，適合放鬆。被子稍微有點異味，但房東處理很好，直接給買了新被子送過來，推薦！
