130平米大概，房間客廳都蠻大的，衞生説實話挺好的，蠻乾淨的，就是裝修有點年頭了，該裝修了，還是6層，平常不習慣爬樓梯，

出來玩性價比較高的選擇，位置離金沙灘很近，白天房間敞亮，晚上看夜景也很棒，不管是服務還是衞生都很ok，是個度假旅遊的好住處

前台接待很熱情，而且服務的也很好，房間打掃的很乾凈，商家貼心的多送了一套洗漱用品，值得前來打卡。在來青島還會再次選擇呢
