設施：有個小廚房，裏面有油有鹽（雖然沒用），有洗潔精，有碗和盤子，還有微波爐，吃剩的飯菜帶回來用微波爐熱了，再點個外賣，晚上又是美美一頓
衞生：很乾凈，我們到的時候剛好是十二點，上一個租户剛退完沒多久，阿姨在打掃
環境：出門右轉就是地鐵站和銀座（可以去銀座吃波螺油子，鍋貼超棒），向北走十來分鐘就是浮山所市集，交通很方便
服務：服務很好，我沒訂到第二天的房間，客服積極幫我溝通協調續住，給五顆星

旅遊青島在這裏住了半個多月，該民宿除了地理上在青島市中心，到哪裡都很方便，走不了多遠就可以看到大海與海鷗。更重要的是老闆娘服務態度超好，讓你有賓至如歸的感覺。超讚。

帶長者孩子來玩，樓下就是地鐵，出行很方便！樓下還有麪包店咖啡店和家鄉飯館，很開心！兩間房都能看見大海，對於我這個內陸來的人很驚喜！窗外的景色就是奧帆中心情人壩，五四廣場其實也很近，是被右側這棟樓擋住了而已，很推薦大家來！！

非常好的一次入住體驗！海景房的感覺：面朝大海，冬日也暖！房間寬敞明亮、乾淨又整潔，廚具齊全，小年夜自己煮的餃子吃，特別有家的感覺！郭姐熱情又周到，安排好所有入住細節，像家人般貼心！下次來青島還找大海叔叔，希望能搶到機會多住幾天！

非常滿意的一次住宿，房間很大，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，離浮山所地鐵非常近，店家服務態度也好，性價比極高，強烈推薦。

設施：設施齊全，吹風機，熱水壺，鍋碗瓢盆樣樣俱全，還有中央空調，三張大床一張小床，真的一大家子都夠住。
衞生：有專業的保潔團隊，房間非常乾淨，中間在房間吃了燒烤，店家還主動幫忙保潔一次。保潔的時候還給了好多礦泉水。
環境：在市中心，去哪都方便，關鍵還是海景房，大窗户足不出户就能看海，真的很贊！
服務：接待我們的客服姐姐人特別好特別熱情，在房間等了我們很久，中間吃喝玩樂都可以問她，非常熱情，走的時候還幫我寄快遞，真的超級貼心。
總的來説，是我住過最物超所值的民宿了，體驗真的挑不出毛病！住老闆生意興隆！

我們一行姊妹四人來青島旅遊，選擇住在大海叔叔家的公寓，一進酒店，讓人眼前一亮。房子裝修的高雅時尚，感覺像家一樣很温馨，晚上站在酒店的窗户上，就能看見帆船中心對面的燈光，漂亮極了。房間的位置不錯，離青島地鐵二號線浮山所站就兩三分鐘的路程。前台的郭姐服務更是超級一流，來酒店的前一天就給我們發給詳細明瞭的酒店位置圖以及簡單的旅遊攻略，入住酒店後又發來了詳細入住酒店的注意事項，有一些什麼要求馬上就做到了，服務非常好。總之，選擇這家酒店不會讓你失望，物有所值，來青島旅遊後的感覺是青島的城市美！風景美！人更美！期待下次旅行我們再見！

很少給住店評價，之前訂了別的酒店看到他家果斷改了。我們從機場過來下地鐵2.3分鐘就到，交通非常便利。附近大的商場有2.3個吧，吃飯購物非常方便。客服會提前微信聯繫，很周到有問必答…對面銀座我們吃了一個海鮮自助不錯，走的時候去一樓的盒馬吃的海鮮。房間裏像回家一樣，同行家人非常滿意，洗衣機洗衣液微波爐蒸鍋碗筷調料！非常非常適合親子出行
