這次來青島出差，趕上旅遊旺季酒店不好定，找了四個小時找到這家公寓式酒店，本來想的衹能湊合一下了，結果沒想到是驚喜，首先老闆的服務態度特別好，也很有耐心，其次是房間大小合適，遠處就是青山風景特別好，房間也很乾凈整潔，花灑的水又大又柔和體驗感拉滿，晚上很安靜，樓背後還有一個大超市，購買物資超方便，還有一家很好吃的川菜館！

房間位置非常好，過一個路口就是地鐵站，離海邊也非常近，打車大概十五分鐘。
房間裏面有洗衣機、正適合沖浪。房間還有冰箱，東西很齊全。
宿舍管理人員回消息很迅速，有什麼需求都可以直接聯繫。
洗手間也蠻乾淨的。
可以改進的就是沙發和桌子再乾淨一些，或者鋪個桌墊，看起來環境就更好啦。

首先 服務態度是好的 遇到問題老闆積極解決 房間整體風格挺有設計感 但是不得不説衞生很差勁 殘留的頭髮都沒打掃乾淨 桌子是臟的 沙發也是臟的 讓人看着實在不敢恭維 感覺這些可以鋪桌布或者勤換沙發套來解決 洗衣機內壁也不乾淨 衞生間換氣按鈕是壞的 而且衞生間鏡子很高我165剛好露個頭 160以下估計衹能看到自己的頭尖 🙂↕️ 最後最後一般酒店會特意避開4這個數字的 真的很不吉利 914 414 514什麼的 給我們開的房間號我都不想説🙃
