首先是房間很乾凈，廁所沒有一點異味，設備也很齊全，也是第一次住複式，很舒服，我們兩個人可以在上面隨便打滾都沒事，床很大，擠一擠四個人都能住得下，而且價格也不貴，性價比特別高，周圍風景也不錯，離教堂特別近，交通也很便利，最後就是房東特別熱情，解決問題也及時。

實際跟描述完全相符，交通方便，周邊景區很多，步行可以 去棧橋，中山路，天主教堂，老街裏，距離地鐵站十分鐘，非常方便。房間很乾凈，整潔，床很大很舒服

房間打掃得很乾凈，洗漱用品、一次性拖鞋、吹風機、喝的桶裝純凈水什麼的都有，離兩個地鐵站也很近。住了5天沒有遇到任何問題，房東人超好，天熱送了飲料，娃不舒服還要給我送雞蛋和菜，我遇到的最貼心房東沒有之一。一個小建議：第一次來最好打車，直接到望火樓舊址就是。我在青島最費電的事情就是舉着手機打開地圖找路，大家一定記得自己從哪個口進的哪個地鐵站，不然可能像我一樣，頻頻迷路

在暑假出行高峯的青島，這個價錢很良心了。出行方便，離中山路地鐵口只有三百多米。在老街區裏，周圍很多名人舊址 ，附近看點多，是我喜歡的感覺。遇到問題，老闆也能很快答覆和解決，是很負責又貼心的人。衞生不錯，睡得不錯，又續了一晚。

實話實説房間非常棒，進入房間是肉眼可見的乾淨整潔，每處裝修風格很不錯，住起來很舒服很温馨就跟在家一樣，每一處佈置都感受到房東姐姐的用心，一步一個小感動。這次入住感覺是住得最舒服的一次，房子價格算得上性價比高的了！進出都便捷，強烈推薦這家民宿，超級愛😘

距離信號山特別近，走路5mim左右就能到，交通也很方便。四周的老街建築特別有感覺，隨手一拍就是大片。房東特別熱情，問題回答的很及時，還會關心我們的遊玩感受。下次來青島還住他家哈哈

整體可以，我覺得性價比很高，奔着大通鋪去的，老公個子高，衹能斜着睡，我們説話還被旁邊大叔敲門了，因為房子不隔音，所以説話還得小點聲，我住的挺好，晚上也安靜
