Nice hotel and ok location close to the May 4th monument. Our room was not cleaned on the 1st night but they did bring clean towels straight away. At breakfast we were seated at a dirty table and the server was not happy when we ask it to be cleaned. The breakfast food was good and the bed was comfortable.

Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

CTS Hong Kong Haiquan Bay, a good experience! Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. It has a majestic appearance. It is a hotel in a fairy tale castle with an exotic feel. It is the castle in children's dreams. The hotel equipment is a bit old, but the rooms are clean and tidy, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the dishes taste good. The first choice hotel to bring your family for a weekend break. Here you can see the sea, soak in the hot spring nest, and have a playground for the children. It provides full services for food, accommodation and entertainment. It is a warm and comfortable experience. We will come back to Haiquan Bay.

I've been to several other hotels in Qingdao, but it was the most satisfying hotel. Location: The location of the hotel is really nice. There is an ocean right in front of you, so you can take a walk in the morning and evening. At night, the light shines on the surrounding buildings, so the night view is beautiful. The nearby tourist attraction is not far away, so you can take a taxi in about 10 minutes. 2. Room Condition: The room is clean as it is a new hotel. I used it well because there was an air purifier. The amenities are sufficiently set up. It is convenient to control the curtains and lights. 3. Breakfast: It was nice to have a meal while looking at the sea at the restaurant, and I could eat Chinese and western styles. The instant noodles and huntun were delicious. It was convenient to make coffee and bring it to me right away. 4. Swimming Pool: I liked the swimming pool the most in this hotel. It was comfortable because I could swim while looking at the sea and there were not many people. The people who work in the swimming pool are really nice. I asked them to take a picture because I was alone, and they were willing to take it, so I appreciate it. If I come to Qingdao again, it is a hotel I want to come back to.👍👍👍

The hotel is a beautiful Hotel infront of the beach I make and upgrade to my room torequest sea,view Wesley Liu the Chief concierge was very kind and gave the best room with a great view, the breakfast is very delicious it has,all you need, ofcourse I will be back and stay here

I visited Qingdao for my wife birthday trip and stayed at the hotel in St. Regis Qingdao for one night. I felt very good with the kind hospitality of the staff from the moment I arrived at the hotel. When I arrived at the lobby, I was informed of the room by the staff Ms. Eva. She was very kind and the service was very good. Stayed at The Lalu for one night. Although it is a bit far from the city, it is really worth it. There were many guests on the day of check-in, and the service staff may have some shortcomings, and the building instructions were not clear. I found the wrong room. I asked a staff member and took me to the room because the room was not cleaned at that time. The view of the sea from the room was not good, so I changed to the previous one. The staff member was not too troublesome, and accompanied me to switch between the two rooms and carry my luggage... Finally, I added WeChat and said that if you need help, you can contact him. Please forgive me for not taking good care of you. Such courteous and considerate service warms my heart. On the day of check-out, the child's study file bag was left on the lobby table, and I asked him to confirm it for me and send it to SF Express. The room is big and spacious, and the bed is oversized 2.2 meters. A family of three sleeps. The room layout is very good, and the welcome biscuits are delicious. The beach is also very good. Le Meridien Qingdao is located in Qingdao’s Central Business District, which is about 1 hour drive from the airport. It is very close to the Wanda Plaza, featuring a department store, supermarket and offices. It is only a 10 min walk from Dunhua subway station. Breakfast has a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Happy hour at the executive lounge is great with a great selection of food.

Close by the subway. 5 mins walk to the sea. Great dumplings across the hong kong road.
