Overall, Atour chain is reliable and the first choice when going out. advantage: 1. The hotel is very new, the facilities are in good condition, the elevator sound is very quiet, and the rooms at the elevator entrance are very friendly. 2. The front desk service was enthusiastic and proactively provided honey water. 3. The shower operation is very convenient and very intuitive. 4. Smart toilets are well received. 5. Parking downstairs is convenient, very open, and suitable for self-driving. 6. There are enough washing machines and dryers, so you have to wash clothes every day, which is very convenient. 7. There is a reading area on the first floor, which is very good. insufficient: 1. There is nothing around, just walk 1km to the downtown area. 2. Fitness facilities are still lacking. 3. The room is spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good with more chinese food options (the dumplings are delicious). We love the free self service laundrette on ground floor. The hotel’s location is only a few minutes walk to the Taitung pedestrian street and food street. Last but not least, compliments go to all the staff members of this hotel. They are always very attentive, helpful and friendly. And they are super efficient at attending to each of our request. We will surely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.
