酒店衞生乾淨，設施齊全，還貼心的準備了農夫山泉任意喝，一次性馬桶墊。服務簡直太周到，從前台、大堂到保潔都是熱情貼心，讓人感覺賓至如歸。晚上到的慶城，馬嵬驛的夜景簡直不要太美！！！

酒店服務非常好，進門之前停車的時候就感受到了——天下凍雨，車上結滿了冰殼，我問停車管理員有沒有地下車庫，他説衹有地上車位，但是酒店後面有帶頂的車庫。隨後引導我停車入庫，還指示從旁邊小門抄近路進入酒店。前台也是主動打招呼，還準備有免費農夫山泉，我説泡茶喝房間兩瓶不夠，就取了2瓶。
房間內的設施裝修雖然不新了，但是維護比較好。缺點有一點，房間隔音不好，隔壁或者樓道里有人大聲説話會被吵到。

床太軟，設施太一般了，水龍頭堵塞，出水不流暢，洗浴水一點點，浴室下水不通暢，還的自己動手取開，防滑墊就更過分了，請看圖片，令人作嘔。輕易不做評價，而且也輕易不差評，這個是唯一一個，希望酒店能夠好好整改一下，若干年前這家酒店就這樣，現在還是照舊。
