前台服務超棒，在網上定成錯大床房了，前台服務員就直接給換成雙床房。房間水不夠打電話給前台給送了好幾瓶。還幫忙洗衣服烘乾給送房間，服務沒的説下次還選擇漢庭酒店。

入住體驗非常差，説是有停車場，理由是滿了，自己找地方去……結果停的很遠，大冷天再走到賓館。因為是後半夜入住，服務員在睡覺，服務態度冷淡！在問及是現場訂房還是攜程訂房哪個優惠時，回答竟是“隨便”。我在攜程訂了房，顯示含早餐，結果服務員打出不含早的單子…………，總之管理不到位，服務人員培訓不夠，服務意識淡薄，絕對差評！
