The water in the bathroom and shower was cold. The front desk said that the water would be hot after a while, but it was still cold after an hour. I was also fed up.

There was no bottled water in the room. The barreled water I got back was not sure whether it was tap water or purified water. I didn't dare to drink it. The service was even more ridiculous. There were two sisters-in-law at the front desk. One of them would answer you when you asked her a question, and she would not speak if you didn't ask her. The old man in the lobby was quite enthusiastic. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to leave, and he kept calling people for me with the intercom, and said to go out slowly because the decoration next door was being done.

The check-in experience was very bad. The air conditioner was just a decoration. I was woken up 3 times in the middle of winter. There was no hot water, no meals. The experience was very, very bad. There are many hotels in Qinan. Don't stay in this one. Whoever stays will regret it.

We stayed for a longer period. The room was dirty the next day and the waiter came to clean it. The waiter said that we clean every morning and don’t clean at other times. We also have children. Family. No time. Then put a few large garbage bags for us to put in! Stayed for seven days. Every day, the cleaning is done by the third brother. The toilet towels are changed and the paper towels are packed. On the third day, I asked them to change the quilt. The quilt was dirty. The waiter said that the quilt was in the warehouse. It was too busy now and no one went to get it. Uh uh... no one cared! Although it was not very cold in July. It was cold in the morning and evening. I could only cover myself with the sheets I brought. I didn’t change the hotel because it was troublesome to stew things. I stayed for eight days. That’s it! The service really can’t keep up! The waiter is very **, the quilt is not given, and the sanitation is disturbed when it is cleaned. Compared, be patient when you go out, the experience is not good! ! Have you ever encountered this? The hotel does not give quilts, Qinan Hotel did it! ! ! I am really speechless😒

The hanger in the room was broken, and I needed to hang a dress, so I called the front desk to explain that I really needed a hanger. The front desk told them to ask the security guard to fix it. The security guard said that the previous guest broke it and needed a professional to fix it, and then left. I called the front desk again to ask if I could change the room if it couldn't be fixed. The front desk directly said that there was no room. The attitude was that it was up to you to stay or not. I asked them for slippers but they didn't give them to me. Of course, I paid for a room with good facilities for one night. It was really sad and speechless.
