房間隔音效果很差。昨晚睡到凌晨三點多，被前台動靜吵醒，幾人爭吵聲音很大，期間伴隨不斷的尖鋭鳴叫，及摔碎玻璃聲音，聲音持續了長達近半小時，讓人難以入睡，嚴重影響了失眠，事後平台和酒店多次協商未果，酒店以“已經入住”為理由，沒有任何賠償道歉。
作為服務方，給旅客提供基本的安靜舒適的休息環境是最低的標準，但在凌晨三點被吵醒，且不是其他旅客的原因，是發生在酒店前台的爭吵噪音，屬實難以理解。
