很乾凈，位置也很好，就在卓爾山大巴車停車點附近，走路就能到上車點。這個價格真的白撿的，因為是自己家建的民宿，店主打理的特別乾淨，熱水充足，房間窗户賊大，躺在床上就能看到後山風景。這裏空氣很舒服，店主老兩口院子裏還有花，啊哈哈，還以為是假的走進一看是真的，真的是熱愛生活的一家人。下次必須再來。

住了多家卓爾山附近的酒店了，其實民宿的條件都差不多，這家這個價格，真的物超所值，位置非常好找！房間乾淨衞生，窗外就是美景，老闆娘特別善良實在，根本沒那麼多心眼，外面有小販賣油桃，我去買，她怕我吃虧默默跟着。老闆娘做的飯超級好吃，洗澡洗衣服，去縣城等等都很方便。着重説一下：可以洗澡，沒任何問題！我真不想走了，住的太舒服了。

有熱水器 不過熱水器插上一兩個小時 熱水衹夠洗臉用，無法洗澡 。床單被罩應該是沒有換洗過，新換洗過的被罩 上面會有輕微的褶皺。自己管老闆要了乾淨的床單被罩自己套上的。七月初晚上蓋被子都會冷 ，冬天估計會非常冷。

可能是淡季，當天衹有我們幾個入住這家店，老闆明顯沒有做好準備，我們入住的時候，店裡沒有人。農家賓館住宿條件比較一般，但勝在價格非常非常便宜！
