房間環境、設施、衞生都不錯，就是早上10點多就敲門，就説開門，進來直接去衞生間修東西，走了也不説道歉的事，退房的時候問前台怎麼回事，前台就説了一句不知道，其他什麼都不説。都是酒店的人，去住店客人房間維修東西，影響客人休息，一句話都不説，不解釋，不道歉，這樣的服務以後還會去住店嗎？希望酒店管理人員加強管理。
