The environment and service are OK. The room is big enough. The bathroom is crowded, but not as terrible as the negative reviews say. Maybe they have been working hard to improve it! (The bed quilt in the photo was wrinkled by us!), the mirror was like this when we came in, and the sanitation needs to be strengthened with more professional training. The room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

The hotel is very new and the service staff are very friendly. There was a team in the lobby when I went there. They were very fast at the front desk and we didn't have to wait too long behind the team. The staff was very enthusiastic and gave us welcome cookies, which were very filling and contained walnuts and other nuts. Very filling. The breakfast has everything you need. There are freshly baked pancakes, which is good, but you don't have to look for them at the main dining table. The omelettes are ready and put aside, but you can ask the chef to fry them freshly.
