Let me talk about the hotel first The service attitude of the front desk on the night of August 24 was arrogant, and they could not deal with the reasonable demands made by customers in a timely manner, which made the customers look bad. The takeaway can only be picked up by oneself, and cannot be delivered to the room; 2. In the bathroom, there is only drainage under the bathtub, and there are no redundant drainage outlets in other places, and there is no ventilation system. 3. There are 3 USB ports in the room I live in, but 2 of them are broken and cannot be charged normally; 4. All the people staying here are tour groups and training teams, and the breakfast is very poor. If there are too many people, there will be no food to eat. It feels like they paid for their high ratings.

I couldn't travel far during the epidemic, so I found this hotel on Ctrip and wanted to enjoy a weekend in the hotel. I never thought that the experience was extremely bad, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel that was booked after looking at a good environment is extremely speechless. The hotel's air conditioner is set well, but it can't be adjusted no matter what, it's terribly boring! There is nothing to eat at the buffet, there is no internet, and there is nothing around. I eat in the hotel every day, and the buffet is expensive and unpalatable. What a vacation, torture, this life will never come again!

Catering is a short board too monotonous

The hotel is good and the service is very good as a pet friendly hotel. I couldn't book a pet room on weekends. I had to book a normal room first, call the hotel, and arrange it for me without saying anything. When checking in, the service brother helped me with the dog throughout the whole process. The room was a little far away from the lobby. Halfway through, he refused to leave, and the little brother took her to the room again. The environment is also very good, there is a huge lawn, there are ponds and koi, 🐶 very happy to play. The breakfast is a bit average, I don’t know if it’s late.

Indoor and outdoor environment facilities are good, very suitable for leisure vacation and family stay. I feel that there seems to be a flaw in the layout planning and design. There is a short distance between the customer building and the lobby, but driving to the front of the building did not consider the corresponding parking space and caused obvious inconvenience.
