在五月二日那陽光明媚的日子裏，我們滿懷期待地來到了位於啟動市區的百悦國際大酒店。酒店外觀端莊大氣，內裏裝潢金光閃閃，給我們留下了深刻的第一印象。辦妥入住手續後，我們進入房間，眼前的一切卻讓我們大跌眼鏡。
房間內的廁所淋浴房上方安裝了一盞燈，而其他燈泡卻都不亮，這種獨特的設計讓我們哭笑不得。在這樣的淋浴環境下，昏暗朦朧的氛圍簡直讓人歎為觀止。再走近房間內部，又發現了更多讓人啼笑皆非的細節：床頭掉皮、插座燒焦、燈罩破爛，窗外更是有着獨一無二的“風景”。撥打前台電話也無人接聽，這種體驗可真是前所未有。
早上走進餐廳，原本以為能享受到一頓豐盛的早餐，卻不料展示盤上的食物痕跡讓人大跌眼鏡。原來，這所謂的豐盛早餐衹是徒有其表，讓我們再次為這家國際大酒店感到無語。
回想這次入住經歷，百悦國際大酒店給我們留下了深刻的“回憶”。從外觀到內飾，從房間到餐廳，每一處都充滿了“驚喜”。這樣的體驗讓我們終身難忘，也讓我們對國際大酒店的標準產生了新的認識。希望酒店方面能夠重視這些問題，為未來的客人提供更好的服務。

這是一家快關門的酒店 以前曾經的經營輝煌過 我在攜程上看到介紹這家酒店有什麼室內 室外泳池 結果到了那 沒有服務 沒有設施 連所謂的早餐也是限量 早餐 衹有一位阿姨在忙 所謂的白米粥也就是還沒煮透的稀飯 衹限制一 二個人吃 白煮雞蛋 餛飩 麪條實在是不敢恭維 品種就這些 展桌上的鍋子裏全部是空空如也 這就是早餐 阿姨的臉一直是沒有笑容的 我們根本就沒怎麼吃 早餐衹能去外面吃 大廳裏連空調也沒有 前台就一位 臉上沒有笑容 整個酒店就衹看到我們倆租客 實際情況是跟攜程上的宣傳廣告是完全不符 我要求退款

首先，我想要提及的是酒店的空調服務。在這個炎炎夏日，當我步入房間，希望能夠在舒適的環境中放鬆休息時，卻遭遇了前所未有的困擾。房間裏的温度竟然高達30度以上，而空調卻完全不起作用。我嘗試調整空調設定，甚至反覆嘗試重啟，但無論如何都無法改變室內的悶熱局面。整夜我都在汗水和不適中度過，無法得到一絲清涼，對於一家標榜舒適和服務的高檔酒店來説，這樣的情況實在令人無法接受。
其次，酒店管理層的應對方式也令人深感失望。在我前去前台反映問題時，工作人員的態度讓我感到非常不滿。他們不僅沒有提供有效的解決方案，還顯露出一種漠不關心的態度，對客人的投訴置之不理。作為一名付費客户，我對這種態度感到極度不滿，因為我相信作為服務業，顧客的滿意度應該是至關重要的。
另外提一句雖然我能理解早餐種類少 但是衞生應該是要把控的 想給孩子打一碗白粥 但鍋裏卻有一衹蚊子，無奈再出去找吃的
最後，這次經歷也讓我對酒店的管理水平產生了質疑。酒店在服務質量上的漏洞和管理不善暴露了他們在維護客户利益和提升服務品質方面的不足。作為一家知名的酒店品牌，他們應該認真審視和改進自己的管理體系，以確保客人能夠獲得優質的服務體驗。
綜上所述，這次住宿經歷讓我感到非常失望和不滿。酒店的空調服務問題以及管理層的應對方式暴露了他們在服務質量和客户關懷方面的不足。我希望酒店能夠認真對待客人的反饋意見，並採取有效措施來改善服務品質，以確保每一位客人都能夠在他們的酒店享受到舒適愉快的住宿體驗。

第一次給酒店寫差評，就是這家酒店，簡直忍無可忍！！！
WiFi基本無信號，電視看不了，空調用不了，幾十元的自助早餐衹有包子、白粥、鹹菜和水煮蛋。餐廳和前台服務員的態度都極其惡劣，餐廳服務員説早餐衹要填飽肚子就行了，哪來那麼多要求；前台服務員説這些設施不好用以及早餐太差是很正常的，這個酒店就是這樣；呵呵，前台開口自助早餐收取48元一位的時候，怎麼可以一點不害臊的！

好幾次入住了，這次衞生打掃的不到位，設施略顯老舊，維護的不是很好，櫃子裏面還有之前住客吃剩的飲料包裝，吹風機有股異味，床頭燈有一個不亮了，開關好幾個也沒反應
現在提供早飯了，餛飩包子還可以，房間整體比較大
