酒店地理位置挺好，周邊吃吃喝喝很方便，停車場離酒店20米（免費），房間乾淨，設備也挺齊全，早餐品種不算多，但味道還不錯，米粉挺好吃的，服務也都挺好，唯一不足就是玻璃的隔音不好，也是因為地理位置不錯，所以很早就開始聲音很吵，睡懶覺是不可能的。

看到普通大床房有房源，下單定了2間，結果説預訂失敗，我重新訂了高級大床房（貴了差不多不到100/間），終於給我訂上了。後面還有幾個問題：
1.當晚到酒店，一來不給停車，先要一個人去前台辦入住才有人給你指路，到一個小區樣子的露天停車區，還沒有人指揮哪有位置，衹告訴你有位置，需要自己找。
2.入住後，發現高級房也是臨街的，隔音效果很差，晚上到10點路邊沒有長時間的噪音，但還是偶爾有零星的車鳴聲，雖然送了耳塞，但戴不習慣。
3.睡覺時發現，這所謂的高級房還是個標間改的，兩張1.3米的床拼在一起，從預訂到入住，沒有一個人説，事後還想給折扣彌補，不缺你這錢，衹想説做生意要坦誠、真心，並不是所有事情都有機會給你彌補的。
第一次做評價，啟東估計也不會再來了，即便再來也不會選美居，謝謝。

房間一進去就一股味道，空調製冷有問題，半夜十二點半空調直接故障不製冷，睡到半夜被熱醒。電話前台讓我們自己下去拿門卡換房間，我表示不方便才派人上來送房卡。我説想直接換去新房間先休息，早上起來再回來整理行李，不同意，説阿姨明早要整理房間。半夜快一點又開始整理行李！我們同行的隔壁房間也是同樣問題，半夜三點被熱醒，整理行李換房間！同行説不止我們這兩間，他半夜下去拿門卡的時候，還有別的客人也是在換房間。這是什麼垃圾房間，垃圾服務。

酒店整體性價比很高，前台服務的小姐姐很nice，超貼心，對我的問題都很耐心細緻的回答了，知道我睡眠不好給安排了比較安靜的房間還送了我蒸汽眼罩，很感動，房間也比較乾淨整潔，酒店設施也比較齊全，早餐也不錯，住的很舒服

非常非常無語，當天正好是啟東舉辦自行車比賽，10號早上我與朋友出門準備參加比賽，與前台員工溝通，本意是説假如我們比賽晚了我們行李可以直接幫我從房間拉到前台，房卡我比賽完回來再交到前台，結果前台一名中年女性員工告知我是12點退房，當時我着急參賽，雖有疑惑都是兩點退房怎麼這次是12點，也未打開攜程查看訂單，便把放在手機背面的房卡交還進行退房操作，監控可查，比完賽慢悠悠回到酒店，當時已經打定主意再補個鐘點房進行洗澡換衣操作了，於是回到酒店開鐘點房，回家查看訂單發現明明寫的下午兩點退房，等於白補了一個鐘點房，還有一點最最可氣的是退房走的時候錄另一輛車牌，慢悠悠的，出門還沒錄入，在停車場還有後車等待，不得已繳費出去，真的麻了，真心氣炸了

房間重新裝修過了，設施都很新很好。前台工作人員主動打招呼，能儘量滿足顧客需求，很有禮貌。有個專用停車場，住客不用收費。早餐品種還可以，味道一般。總體非常滿意，已經入住多次。
