講實話硬件設施還可以，但管理要改進，第一天剛入住就有人密碼進門，差點想報警後來瞭解是老闆，出去吃飯回來床頭唯一一個充電頭不能使用，後來溝通了送來一個拖線板，第二天回來晚上發現櫥櫃有上一任客人留下的吃剩的餐盒和箱子，實在懶得説了，第三天一大早就走了 ，祝下一任房客好運吧

家人都很滿意的行程：
1、這次入住的房間在綠城·海上明月小區內，一幢高層中的一整套房子，裝修基本是開發商交付標準，中規中矩，乾淨清爽，自帶廚具、餐具的話，可以自己做飯；
2、綠城·海上明月小區綠化做的非常好，環境無敵，非常適合散步、跑步；
3、小區周邊配套不多，但有食堂，走路可及，提供一日三餐，且價廉物美，滿足日常生活所需，小區內不少業主都在食堂就餐；
4、周邊遊玩項目休閑輕鬆，可以去恆大威尼斯、碧海銀沙、長江東海交匯處、江堤海防等遊玩；
5、小區周邊3-5公里範圍內，有大量的海鮮館，可以自行嘗試，衹要新鮮清蒸的，味道應該都不會錯，畢竟是小海鮮原產地。

訂的雙床房，民宿在一個小區裏，環境很好很新，房間很大，陽台也很寬敞，望出去視野不錯，設施也比較齊全，就是房間裏沒有沒有usb插口充電不太方便，還有就是小區周邊太空礦了，吃飯有點不方便，外賣也沒啥，

有地下停車場，可以免費停車，房間很寬敞，整體乾淨整潔，一次性浴巾和毛巾很貼心，陽台可以看到海，還看了日出太棒了！

設施：很新的民宿，去的第一間22樓，不太適合長住，沒有掛衣服的地方，衣服撐都衹能掛在廁所淋浴間的門把上，而且進去後很明顯能聞到傢俱的味道雖然有兩個衞生間，但是洗澡的時候最好一個個洗，是燃氣熱水器，同時洗的話有一個沒熱水
服務：不知道是不是運氣不好，吃完飯帶着一身汗開開心心回住所準備洗澡，放了十分鐘的水龍頭都沒熱水，確定了燃氣有點問題才第一時間聯繫了客服。大晚上的麻煩了民宿，等了一刻鐘有人上門檢查了，説是今天入住前突然沒燃氣了（雖然不懂為什麼突然，也不知道燃氣欠費的話是不是商家應該收到訊息，卻沒有及時核實以至這麼突然）。折騰了快一個小時，讓換間房，小區非常空曠，入住率很低，需要把攤了一屋子的東西收拾好後再下樓換一棟樓入住，麻煩談不上，畢竟大晚上的還麻煩了民宿。但是來火的是服務態度，給了三個方案：一，不換房間不洗澡，寫好評給點返現，二，想洗澡就大半夜換房，三，以上不接受就全額退款，午夜12點你自己想辦法找住處。
