房間衞生，各種設施功能好

房間是普通的大小，衞生情況還行，床上用品很舒適。酒店提供洗衣機，但是卻沒有給洗衣粉或者洗衣液，問前台要也説沒有。晚上可能會有火車的聲音，不過影響不大。

每次回祁東都住這家賓館，在鎮上算是比較經濟實惠又衞生的賓館了，空調的暖氣也強勁，住着比較舒服，旁邊有家比較大的超市，購物方便。
