I decided to go with a few friends on a temporary basis. It was already 9 pm when we arrived. After arriving, we went out to buy supper and came back to eat. The service from the guy at the front desk was very good. He told us where to buy supper, and he helped us when we bought it and ate it on the balcony. We made the fire and the service was really good! 🚗 Transportation: It took about an hour and a half to drive from Wuhan, but there was no food at night. We had to drive for half an hour to a place to buy. The location was sent to us by the little brother at the front desk😀 🧹Sanitation: Booked a family room, the room is big and clean 🍃Environment: It's really the small Erhai Lake around Wuhan. The lake view room looks better. 🔔Service: Call in advance to ask if we can add a mattress, and then add it for us for free, only pay 20 yuan for the cleaning fee, the boss will add WeChat in advance to send the location, I am afraid we are going wrong, the front desk guy is also very good!

房間很大乾淨整潔，周邊環境優美安靜，店家服務態度好。

本來入住體驗很好的，結果在今天早餐時間毀於一旦。店方明知道國慶節的入住率有多少？在告知的8:30~9:30就餐時間，我們8:30就去了，結果環繞現場一週，僅一個食物！！！這麼高的入住率，只有一個食物，我都不敢相信。並且裝食材的器皿是一個洗臉盆大小的盆子，一次性衹能吃4~5人份。大廳總共就15個人左右，排隊了三次才吃上這份麪條…終於看到年輕的女老闆來了，問她為什麼這麼多客人，衹搞這麼一點食材？不能多準備一點，過節的搞得還要搶。明知道國慶節有這麼多人入住，而且大廳僅15人就已經癱瘓了。店方回答是鍋小了…這不是鍋小了的問題，這麼多人入住你衹準備一個食材肯定不夠啊！而且一次性出餐衹能是4~5個人的麪條。你既然知道有這麼多人入住,食材只有一個,大家又沒辦法出去買早餐,這個地方還是有點偏僻，你就不能多準備點食材，或者是多買一個鍋。店家就反覆回答鍋小了…沒有一點要解決事情的態度。我們沒有吵架，只是很冷靜的在陳述這個事情。就這個入住體驗配套措施應該下次也不會再來了。下面有我現場拍的鍋，參照旁邊的筷子大家就知道我沒有詆譭店家的意思，這個盆是真心的小，15個人大過節的就等着這一盆麪你説夠不夠？

環境不錯，房間細節不行有點差強人意，不過勝在環境

環境挺好的，就是秋季湖邊蚊蟲比較多，室外浴缸不太敢用，周圍吃的不多，晚上定了店裡的燒烤，情緒價值滿滿，朋友玩的很開心

此次出行，雖然天公不作美，但是民宿的每一位服務人員都超nice，向我們推薦了吃飯的農家樂，食材非常好，未味道也很好，還送了鍋巴粥，住宿環境很乾凈，房間也很大，露台有躺椅和小桌子，面對整個湖面，喝杯小酒聽聽音樂，很是愜意，晚上有可愛的小姐姐駐唱，聲音磁性，樂隊小哥嗓音也很棒，還有很多客人也參與其中，氛圍感很好，我帶了小狗狗，非常喜歡門口的大草坪，房間裏的落地大床我很喜歡，一句話，很值得。
