位置在新城區，設施和服務都相當不錯，有車比較好，不過巧家縣城不大，沒車也不影響。早餐口味好，比較精緻，性價比很高了

一大早7點就有拖拉機在施工在搞綠化。影響客人休息。一點都不顧及客人的感受。中午在餐廳就餐，服務員態度極差，問有什麼特色，支支吾吾的。脾氣還不小。上菜特別慢，催了一下才上，菜都特別鹹。點了一道小炒肉，特別交代服務員用牛肉，服務員也答應了，最後還是上了豬肉。早餐品種很多，也還不錯。

酒店硬件設施不錯，環境好，但周邊不熱鬧，已到了江邊最頂端，早餐無語，管理者應對長假無任何概念，8：35分餐食基本空盤，2、3個服務員忙得團團轉，應對不斷來進餐的客户無力應對，好好反思一下吧管理者們，再高大上的硬件設施，脱離了服務也會被客户拋棄

時隔十年來到巧家，真的是有翻天覆地的變化。預訂的金沙酒店真的沒讓人失望。首先 ，酒店的外部環境非常美，就象一個花園。早餐非常美味。真的是一個性價比超高的酒店。但讓我最感動的是酒店的服務質量比有些五星級酒店還好。特別是前台的服務員態度特別棒，特提一下前廳部經理和龔銀琴美女。給我們升級了房間，看我們帶着娃娃還多給了2瓶礦泉水。今天退房後開車在回昆明的路上接到前廳部經理的電話，告知遺忘了一支洗面奶在房間，馬上加了我的微信幫我寄回。有這麼温馨的服務，酒店的生意一定會越來越好。下次來巧家還會入住。

庭院酒店，外環境看着很不錯，陽台上看出去一棵木棉樹賞心悦目，硬件設施初看很不錯。
半夜準備睡覺時才發現衞生間的燈關不掉，維修人員折騰半天，建議換房，大半夜不想折騰了，最後還是維修人員剪斷了電線，臨時解決。
第二天早晨起來發現房間和大堂以及餐廳距離太遠了…不小心把自己鎖在了外面，整個樓層找不到服務員…來回一趟前台要走幾百米…
一下子酒店的外觀不錯的硬件設施沒了信心…
早餐也是一言難盡，到處找不到盛稀飯的碗，找服務員説是用完了…
這一個個都遇上了還是不容易…

絕對的寶藏目的地和寶藏酒店。硬件環境完全是五星級品質，比大多數的五鑽酒店都要更好。春節期間氣候非常好，空氣通透，晚上能看到滿天繁星。城市環境和氛圍也非常舒服，目前人還不多，一點也不擁擠。除了白鶴灘水電站，其他景點都沒去。
