服務：前台服務態度差👎
在2025年4月6日早上7點半，與當班的女前台發生激烈爭吵，該前台態度惡劣，斜眼看人，也不聽當班酒店經理的話，直接丟下一句沒什麼好説的，轉身就走，丟下獨自在異鄉的住客還有當班酒店經理，酒店經理也挺無奈的😂
另外，在入住和早餐過程中雖有小問題，但其他服務員都積極解決問題的。也不知道那個女前台是不是有啥特權？！
環境位置：該酒店位置在新城區，沒有老城區便利。另外酒店在一條上坡路上，要走100米左右的上坡路才能到。
還有該酒店團隊遊客特別多，夕陽紅團隊遊很多，早餐吃個煎蛋都搶不到……散客自己來玩的注意避雷！

綜合評價還不錯。房間環境和衞生還是挺滿意的，窗子望出去是一個平台。就是感覺服務一般般，都是入住機辦入住了但是好慢，還要強制註冊華住會員，不喜歡這種感覺。洗漱台好低，容易磕頭，熱水也不標出來，冷了我好久。離店送了個小禮袋，值得點贊！

很滿意的一次入住，酒店裡設施乾淨整潔，服務人員非常熱情，房間非常大舒服，早餐也種類齊全很好吃。然後地理位置也很好，不僅離黔西站近，而且周圍交通發達，旁邊還有美食街。很滿意！

新開的漢庭抵的過老舊的亞朵，房間很乾凈，衞生間附贈了酒精片可消毒馬桶。一位穿漢庭文化衫的大叔服務超級好，眼裡有活又專業。樓下就是商業街，雖然商業街比較鄉鎮的感覺，但還是很方便的，超市裡有賣貴州當地山花酸奶，很好喝。

前台態度差，給人感覺最基本職責素養都不具備。瞭解酒店是23年開業，但是走廊、房間還是有一股濃濃的裝修的味道，不禁讓人對全季的選材品控產生強烈的懷疑。

貴州之行的最後一站，漢庭是我整個旅途中住的最舒服的一晚了，房間乾淨整潔，前台小哥哥還免費給升級了房間，早餐也比較豐盛，周邊吃飯也很方便，孩子的洗髮水忘在酒店也找回幫忙郵寄了，給我的貴州之旅畫上了一個完美的句號。

設施：都很好，電視還可以投屏看奧運比賽
衞生：非常好，每天出去玩回來都被收拾的乾乾淨淨的
環境：空間大，住的很舒服。附近是大商場，可以解決早中晚餐，離高速收費站很近，自駕去各個景點非常方便。
服務：非常好！！！每個人都是笑着回答問題，需要什麼都很快給到。早餐也非常豐富，味道也很好！吃得超級飽！
