為了去三祖寺近一點找了個附近看起來算好的民宿，結果就是農家樂。硬件確實還行 但是從頭到尾真的沒見過服務這麼差勁的地方。
沒人辦入住，兩個不會普通話的皖北口音大媽屬實溝通困難，看着兩個大媽也不好意思請她們搬行李了，二樓沒有電梯，行李全靠自己在大熱天下搬運。
想找人幫忙也無處可尋，原來都在打麻將。
入住全程找個人都特別困難，大部分時候無功而返，最後放棄，全當住了個motel。
第二天一點退房想吃個午飯，告知廚師已經下班走了，理解。
還有很多想吐槽的地方，但是也沒必要了，老闆一看就是做大生意的人，一家子的氣質都很好，可能不適合做餐飲做民宿這樣的辛苦生意。我是這麼勸自己理解的。
不適合散客。民宿生意做的不僅僅是硬件和外表，這樣的服務質量，完全找不到人，真的頭一次碰見。

我都不敢相信這是在安徽大山裡找到的民宿！這次和家人一起到天柱山來鍛鍊身體，隨手刷到了這家民宿，結果體驗感真的爆炸！整個民宿給人一種安靜而舒適的感覺，特別是它的位置，坐落在羣山環繞之中，風景極美。雖然在大山裡，但位置非常便利，開車很容易到達景區。價格也非常合理，完全超出了我們的預期，性價比超高。
住在三樓的房間，特別驚喜的是房間外有一個巨大的落地窗，推開窗户就是一個超大平台，可以坐在上面一邊喝茶（酒）一邊看風景，早晨和傍晚的景色特別美，拍照也很出片。
還有不得不提的是民宿門口的泳池，簡直是點睛之筆！全天開放，而且老闆非常注重衞生，每天都換水，所以非常乾淨。早晚游泳感覺超級舒服，尤其是在大山的清新空氣中，是一種高級的享受。
老闆一家人也特別熱情好客，總是笑臉相迎，他們很健談，還給我們推薦了周邊的一些景點，免門票的隱藏路線和餐館。民宿也提供餐食，非常可口，都是用當地的新鮮食材做的，讓人吃得很安心。
總體來説，這次的住宿體驗無可挑剔，推推推！

硬件設施和軟件好的沒話説！酒店還有一個大廚，炒菜不輸任何一家酒店，早餐又豐富有好吃！下次還來，以後作為來天柱山必住酒店。

整體很乾凈，每個房間都有陽台，還可以曬衣服，飯菜可口，早餐也很豐富，有大漠包子粽子都是手工自己做的，比外面的好吃，夏天去還有大泳池

説實話，如果是來爬山的話，不推薦，因為距離天柱山距離較遠，打車大幾十，加之酒店價格在當地並不算便宜，綜合性價比不高。酒店位置在坡度比較高的小山坡，比較安靜適合療愈和發呆，房間是鐵架子結構，就是如果別的房間關門聲音大，會在自己房間內感受到明顯的聲音，因為金屬的聲音傳遞效果。房間陽台是玻璃結構，帶小朋友住的話不要靠玻璃牆，有鬆動。綜合來説，家庭旅館，裝修和環境好一些，服務和早餐家常，期待值不要太高，不要被評論所影響，最好看看地圖，搜搜要去的景點和酒店距離再行決定。
