新開的酒店，衞生很乾凈，環境也不錯，可以免費停車。房間裏投影儀影音效果挺好的，正好看了奧運乒乓男團奪金，這個地理位置和價位挺好的。

酒店管理很隨意，入住時被正在用餐的一位長者引領去房間，被問，想住哪間？一時語塞。
服務更是缺失，訂單有贈送早餐奶，沒人給。自己也懶得問！

一次非常差的體驗，入住前下午3點給攜程發出取消訂單申請，以為一下就成功了，結果到晚上11:24分查看時，發現沒有取消成功！原來約定11:30分錢可以改簽，電話打過去説不給取消。由於其他原因就沒過去入住，衹好認倒黴，攜程客服也説不能解決。那就算了，訂單上説有兩份早餐，我就想房子沒有住吃個早餐吧！到了酒店説沒有早餐！等下發截圖！我説那就開張發票吧，一個還在睡覺的女孩説加微信，我就加了，到了第二天發微信竟然把我拉黑了！然後電話諮詢，微信通過後發票還是遲遲沒開，第三天才有人微信説看發票是否可以。我當時很惱火，發票的竟説不是公司的，衹負責開票，其他不知道！
説是國際度假酒店，外表就是個農村個人房，二樓玻璃還壞了，冷風陣陣，當時温度3度，房間倒不小，裝修也不錯，樓道里亂七八糟！
一句話:錢花了（我訂房時333每晚，到達時看房間價格就258元了）酒店沒住，早餐沒有，很鬱悶！

下高速沒多遠就到酒店了，位置好找，店家服務態度好，標間兩個1.35的床很寬敞，大影幕，智能馬桶，房間很乾凈，門口停車方便，周邊也方便，對面就有超市，東西好便宜，還有飯店，小吃燒烤，物價都挺便宜，到天柱山景區開車也很近，十幾分鍾就到了。

非常非常差勁的一次體驗，綁定天柱山門票購買的套票，看預覽圖片覺得房間好像還不錯結果去到現場就是一個村頭小旅店的架勢，前台服務人員態度也是吊的不行。最關鍵的是有一堆問題鬧心。1. 供水差，入住後房間一直沒有熱水，前台還説是跨年入住的人多水上不來，合著你們家是不應該住那麼多人了？2.馬桶差，你看看這個馬桶的位置，離洗臉枱的距離最多30釐米，將將夠一個身位，還是智能馬桶，我看是人工**，洗臉的時候一直觸發自動抬起，來回碰到後背位置很噁心；3.衞生差，房間沒有打掃乾淨，枕頭上有污漬，櫃子裏甚至還有個12月20日的快遞盒，櫃子都不打開檢查，可想而知衞生差到什麼程度；4.隔音差，這個衹能説酒店選址問題，就在國道邊上，晚上大車開過的聲音基本就是吵得人很難睡着，大家都是來旅遊的，要是提前知道我也不會想來受這個委屈；5.早餐差，炒麪、饅頭、雞蛋、稀飯，沒有了，就這些，哦還有榨菜；6.亂收費，第一次見到收按金是70+30，説什麼30是停車費+視頻會員費，先不説這樣收費是否合理，首先門外停車很好停，別家飯館啥的問口都隨便停，視頻會員也是過期。然後説加微信五星好評返38，對自己酒店沒信心就用這種惡意刷好評的操作，估計好評都是這麼刷出來的。

來天柱山玩，在鎮子上想找個賓館住一晚再爬山，本想試一試的看評價不錯。沒想到進房間裏面，投影也有，馬桶也是智能的。可以説這附近沒有比他家乾淨衞生，房間還整潔的了。
