Very good, better than expected. We booked two rooms during peak tourist season, but they were sold out quickly. One room had a slight smell, but the other was fine! There were no chairs in the room, only a round stool, which I instinctively used to rest my bag. As a result, I had to sit on the bed to rest. It's very close to the scenic area, but I was out the door! The lobby is at Yueran Xianju, and the restaurant at the scenic area hotel shares the same Tianyuan Restaurant!

My flight was delayed, so I made a last-minute reservation at the scenic area. I was surprised to wait over 20 minutes for confirmation. The worst part was, I waited for the hotel front desk to contact the visitor center's reservations department, but they said they couldn't find Ctrip. I was speechless. They ignored me, and I was the only one who had to act as the hotel customer service representative, confirming my reservation and making three calls. People arriving later than me were already checking in, while I had already checked in at the scenic area a day in advance, yet the hotel customer service was so "bureaucratic." Finally, I have to complain about check-out. I had already handed in my room card at 9 PM that night and informed the front desk that I was checking out, but they called me the next day at noon to remind me to check out. They even "gently reminded me" that I hadn't returned the second room card, so I had to pay them 30 yuan. I've never been treated this way when I accidentally didn't return it at Hanting. Even well-known hotels like Disneyland and Chimelong Hotel, when they didn't return the room card, they still gave it to customers as a souvenir. I opted to have it couriered. Thank you. The second hotel I reviewed, located in the same scenic area, is very picturesque in the tourist area, with a decent ambiance, but the service is really not that great. It's hard to say, but large companies should strive to improve.
