灑店位置和環境都超好，服務很到位，在景區裏，有車接送，包含門票，睡覺很舒適，早餐也很美好，節目豐富看到了非遺打鐵花，千燈會，太美太涼快了！上午去爬了會山，上下索道很快，完全趕得上12點退房！

走到房間過道就非常非常臭，房間裏面也臭，第二天退房的時候開門就看見幾衹死掉的蟲子，蟲子倒是小事，就是房間味道實在太大了，我也説不太上來是什麼味，可能是尿騷味吧。

竹隱山居家的裝修風格，我很喜歡，他們家的地理位置非常優越，離景區中心位置最近，出行遊玩特別方便，辦理前台入住時候，前台小姐姐詳細介紹葛仙村遊玩項目和路線很耐心，我對名宿印象不好，但入住他們家很滿意，早餐中規中矩，種類多還可以，鉛山燙粉必須來一碗，退房時送了香囊。第二天早上七點左右會打電話，提醒起床吃早餐。

景區服務非常好，所有崗位都很客氣，哪怕是在五一黃金週。景區非常用心在運營，有點出乎意料，很多有趣的表演和商業業態。而且沒有蚊子，太神奇了。求問如何做到的。唯一求改進，停車場到遊客中心的距離有點遠，拉着行李箱步行有點累，能有個接駁車就完美了。

前台小黃禮貌友好 熱情和善，服務周到，房間乾淨舒適。
酒店早餐很好吃，就是遠了點在天元餐廳，3月看梅花很美，春天裡的30多度村裡還比較熱，坐纜車上山就挺涼快了。
門票有點貴……
