Cleanliness: Average. The room smelled.
Environment: Average. As a hotel within a scenic area, entering the area is inconvenient, and facial recognition can take a long time.
Service: The service was terrible. All hotels require check-in at the customer service center, which is very inconvenient. Cars can't reach the customer service center, so large luggage has to be carried a long way. There were no service staff or strollers. The next day, for breakfast, the breakfast restaurant wasn't in the main building. We had to go to the adjacent building within the scenic area. Just like entering the area, we had to queue for a long time. Even with hotel tickets, we didn't get a special entrance. It was very inconvenient. I can't describe the experience. I won't be coming back again, and I've advised friends not to come either.
Facilities: The facilities were also terrible. There was a power outage at night, and the weather was so hot, there was no air conditioning. I reported it to the hotel, but no one from the department came to coordinate. They only sent an electrician, who couldn't fix the problem, and they had to call for a maintenance worker. We waited for an hour or so, and there was no service, no offer of a cooler, or anything like that. It really ruined my trip.

Even compared to these major resorts, the 200 yuan hotel I stayed in Jingdezhen a few days ago had absolutely no service. The front desk didn't even have hot water, let alone help with luggage. I had to rely on myself for everything, like staying in an apartment, with self-check-in. I've been using this app for three years, and this is my second negative review.
