超級棒！一大家子出來玩，定了三間房。
衞生：房間非常非常乾淨！很新，窗户很大，設備都很全。
服務：老闆太厚道了，房間允許給了個雙床的。今天上午特殊情況想兩點退房業務很爽快答應了。
這個價格配這樣的服務真的超值。祝老闆生意興隆！

新開的賓館，屬於自建改的民宿型，老闆非常熱情，房間空間不錯，裏面比較乾淨，窗户很大，唯一稍有不足的是熱水器熱水的控制不是那麼精準，建議改進，整體值得推薦！

非常適合自駕來上饒周邊玩的人來住，一百元左右的性價比之王，乾淨，衞生，安靜，無異味。沐浴露和洗髮水不是那種袋裝的，還有礦泉水。十一期間，這在上饒市區至少150吧。
